Landing the role of Phool was a fairy tale for Nitanshi. “Laapata Ladies almost changed my life,” he admitted. “Thousands of girls auditioned for Phool, and the one chosen by Aamir Khan sir and Kiran Rao Mrs. Kiran Rao was unbelievable. I didn’t even know that Aamir sir was making the film when I sent the audition tape. When I got the call that I was selected , it was a dream come true. Aamir even invited me for lunch! From that moment, I decided to give my all for this role.
Transforming into a Phool requires dedication. “I tanned my skin for three months to get the original look of Phool. Kiran and I worked tirelessly in dialogue and did many workshops. Sometimes I doubted, but Kiran always believed in me. Seeing her smile after the shoot made everything good beneficial.
Phool’s journey touched the hearts of many. “I am very interested in Phool’s story and want her journey to be relevant to everyone. I believe that every girl has Phool in her. We often doubt our potential, but like Phool, we can achieve anything we put our minds to. Hear children The woman said that she was in a relationship with Phool.
Meeting Aamir Khan was a dream come true for Nitanshi. “It was a fan moment. Aamir sir was amazing in every way – conversation, performance, respect for everyone. He took good care of me and the team. He told me, ‘Always choose films that touch your heart and match your talent.’ That advice will last forever.” Aamir Khan’s words of wisdom left a lasting impression on Nitanshi. “In Bhopal, one asked how he remained happy. She told him that her mother taught her not to hurt anyone, and if she did, to apologize immediately. This resonates with me deeply.
Despite his rising fame, Nitanshi remained weak. “I am from Noida, a middle class girl with no film background. My father is a banker, and my mother is a teacher. I am currently a 12th standard student in Mumbai. My love for stage started from school drama competition. Winning Miss Noida and Miss Junior North India became a stepping stone. From there, I moved on to TV shows, balancing studies with acting. Even on set, I always brought school books.”
Nitanshi is already focused on future collaborations. “I love Kangana Ranaut’s films like Queen and Manikarnika and dream to work with Shah Rukh Khan, Kartik Aryan, and Madhuri Dixit. I love period films and hope to work with directors like Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Imtiaz Ali . Experimenting with different genres makes me excited.” Apart from acting, Nitanshi likes to dance and sing. “I love doing and spreading love. That’s what I’ve learned and what I’m passionate about. Nitanshi’s journey is a testament to following your passion.
