Bold and the Beautiful fans have seen Hope Logan acting strangely for a while and I suspect Liam Spencer could be an unwitting pawn in a plan to hide her shady behavior.
Even though Steffy Forrester kept the clothing line at B&B, she still held onto Hope’s head. Steffy warned her to stay away from her husband Finn or kiss her clothes goodbye.
So, I wonder if Hope came up with a plan to distract her boss from her continued love for her husband. And, use Liam to create.
Bold and the Beautiful: Hope Logan Kiss Consequences Linger
On this week’s episode of Bold and the Beautiful Brooke Logan listens to Steffy’s ultimatum. And boy is he mad. Hope and Brooke were trying to make it look like that smooch was ancient history.
But let’s be real. Hope kissed Finn only weeks ago, not years or decades ago. Everyone knew he was still obsessed with her, even Brooke, despite her protests. So the meddling mother went to Finn’s office, slung mud at Steffy, and asked Finn to stop her husband.
But Finn claps back, reminding her that Hope Logan kissed her. He refused to enter the middle. As it happened on Bold and the Beautiful, Liam visited Steffy to talk about his last ordeal.
In the end, Liam seems to respect his marriage. Of course, the topic of Hope came up. Liam admits he hasn’t been himself in a long time. Then, Liam offered to talk to him. I feel like it’s a jumping off point for Hope’s approach to getting off Steffy’s radar.
B&B Spoilers: Promising New Man – But Is Liam Spencer Recycled?
B&B spoilers warn that Hope Logan runs into Finn at Il Giardino. And he told her that he could never see her again. No loss for Finn. He didn’t believe her after the kiss. But viewers see clearly that Hope is still focused on him.
After he came out with the takeout, Hope fantasized again about the touch. So, the official Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Fall say that after Steffy gives Hope the shocking news about her line, she’ll be involved with someone new.
At first, I thought it might be a designer because his line was in danger. But no – they still have HFTF. So, could Liam be the “new” person in her life? They’ve been down this road before, but since Thomas Forrester dumped her, Liam will technically be the new romance.
In addition, B&B likes to recycle. So, here’s my theory. I hope Logan knows that Steffy is watching him like a hawk. So, he had to convince his boss and the others that he had surpassed Finn. Even though he still loves her very much.
Enter Liam Spencer, who is single and just promised to talk to another baby mama. Maybe during that chat, she flirts with Liam and suggests they date again. But I think this will be a ruse. He wants Finn, but needs Steffy behind him. So, Liam is the perfect tool to manipulate.
Bold and Beautiful: Liam & Hope in Romance or Fauxmance?
Bold and Beautiful fans can see Hope’s feelings for Liam fizzle. She said Liam always gave half his heart to Steffy. This was a big part of their argument when they broke up. Later, Hope feels Thomas’ love until she gets frustrated and leaves.
So Liam could be the perfect fake boyfriend to convince everyone Hope has moved on from his love. But I don’t think Liam Spencer would intentionally join the fake dating game. But if only Hope knew it was fake, he could fall for it.
The only official B&B spoiler is that Hope is getting someone new. I think new is an inappropriate term for anyone writing CBS soap spoilers on the network because they are often overblown and inaccurate.
I think Liam Spencer is a likely candidate because he hasn’t had a front-burner storyline in ages. He is single and just says Hope has been off-kilter for a long time and worried. Plus, Liam needs to see that he doesn’t have a shot with Steffy.
She and Finn really rock on Bold and the Beautiful. Liam even thanked her for being a good husband who protected Kelly Spencer’s mother. Even though Liam Spencer is angry that Hope kissed Thomas and dumped him, he may have calmed down to reconsider.
Maybe he can convince Liam that he can have a future. Especially with Thomas involved in Paris and out of the country. Of course, Hope will go astray to lure Liam into a fake romance while planning to steal Finn.
But as Liam said, Hope wasn’t herself. There is something wrong with him. And Steffy thinks her Logan genes are on. Personally, I’d love to see Hope use Liam like this.
After more than ten years of Liam being a very nice waffle boy and hanging around a lot of women, he didn’t deserve it at least. If the Bold and the Beautiful created a fake romance storyline, I’m here.
There’s no sign of a new age-appropriate male character for the cast. We’ll wait and see how it goes, but Hope Logan isn’t giving up on her fixation. So, Liam Spencer could be the perfect shield to hide his desire for married men on the CBS soap opera.
