3. Application of Homemade Oil
Nutritionist Leema Mahajan shares an easy recipe for homemade oil that can prevent hair fall during monsoons. All you need is mustard oil, almond oil, castor oil, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, and rosemary leaves. Apply 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing your hair and say hello to healthy, shiny hair.

1. Perfect Flour
Refined flour has a high glycemic index (GI) which can cause a rapid spike in blood sugar. This can affect the health of the hair and can lead to hair loss. Choose healthier alternatives like brown rice or whole wheat bread instead of white bread or white rice.
2. Carbonated Drinks
Although they are fizzy and refreshing, carbonated drinks are a no-no for healthy hair. Some studies have shown that carbonated drinks can increase the risk of hair loss. So, instead of consuming cola, drink a homemade cooler for natural refreshment.
3. Fried Food
