As reported last week in The Gateway Pundit, the integrity of the Republican primary in Lynchburg has been called into question after several alleged procedural violations.
The campaign of Peter Alexander and Chris Faraldi, two candidates in the June 18 primary for the City Council in Ward 4, reported various irregularities, including problems with mail-in ballots and potential violations in the chain of custody.
According to the Lynchburg City Registrar, the race is still very close, with incumbent Chris Faraldi holding 21 votes over Peter Alexander for the Ward 4 seat.
Concerns about the Lynchburg Republicans center on several key issues. In particular, there are significant concerns about the chain of custody of ballots collected from drop boxes.
Additionally, the processing of absentee ballots begins before observers are allowed to monitor the process. Records also show that ballot box seals were broken before observers could watch, indicating the potential for tampering or mishandling of ballots.
BREAKING: Poll watchers in Lynchburg, Virginia have released evidence of a BOMBSHELL fraud that occurred in Tuesday’s election. He could not see the ballot processing and records show the ballot box seals were broken and the ballots were counted without anyone watching.

Peter Alexander’s campaign released the following statement:
“Elections staff told us that the bag of drop boxes from the precincts was pulled by election board member Steve Troxel on Thursday morning after the primary.
Concerns have been raised about this chain-of-holding ballots, and there is no documentation recording the number of ballots collected from each Election Day drop box bag in Ward IV. Why were these ballots not counted on election night?
On Friday, our observers were turned away from absentee ballot processing when it was scheduled to begin at noon and asked to return 30 minutes later. Records show that the ballot box seal was broken and the processing of absentee ballots began before our observers were allowed access to watch the process.
My opponent had no official observers present until after we raised our concerns about the chain of custody of the ballot. Election staff confirmed that it had been standard practice to allow ballot boxes to be filled until Friday, which is a violation of Virginia law.

Ward IV Representative and Lynchburg Council Vice Mayor Chris Faraldi also issued his own statement regarding the election fraud allegations.
Read below:
We all know that the Lynchburg Registrar’s Office was not properly handled in violation of state code and election procedures.
His ballot box was left unlocked and open. They miraculously found ballots in an unlocked drop box 3 days after the election, at noon on Friday, and began the process. It is past Election Day and violates state law.
Furthermore, the Lynchburg Registrar and Board of Elections, hand-picked by the local party establishment, refused to separate it from other ballots.
Mixing these balls is no different than mixing sand in a bottle – it’s irreversible.
We know that members of the Board of Elections and election officers have been great financial supporters and advisors to my opponents. Now, we are fighting to stop and fix this dangerous situation.
On election day, we fought the party establishment and won. This is just another war against them. This is just another battle we will win.
We are committed to ensuring that every vote is counted fairly, and that no undue influence or party establishment affects the integrity of your election and your vote. I remain confident of a fair result on election day and trust that the integrity of our election process will be upheld.
Special thanks to Tim McGuire for alerting us to this ‘miracle vote’ and staying strong for free and fair elections.
Thank you for your continued support.Chris
PS Your contribution is greatly appreciated. Our campaign has used its funds transparently and ethically, and now we need your help to ensure the integrity of this election.
Now, there’s a video of Lynchburg election officials admitting that they left the drop boxes out for days after the election and received the ballots the day after Election Day.
This is a shocking video.
Once again, it shows how corrupt policies and unserious officials are eroding America’s trust in our elections.
