On Tuesday, Elon Musk’s X filed an antitrust lawsuit, filed in Texas federal court, seeking trebled damages and injunctive relief, against the leftist advertising cartel and several of its member companies.
The lawsuit alleges X was targeted by an illegal advertising boycott.
The lawsuit was filed against the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, its parent company, the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), and GARM members CVS Health, Mars, Orsted, and Unilever, which reportedly control 90% of marketing efforts worldwide.
Shortly after Elon Musk’s announcement, Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski announced he was joining a lawsuit with Elon Musk against the GARM cartel.

On Wednesday, Rumble’s CEO Chris Pavlovski launched the GARM company that has censored and blacklisted Rumble.
Pavlovski tweeted out that adult beverage company Diageo North America was one of the companies in the GARM Steer Team that led the boycott of Rumble X. Diageo North America even sent an email insulting Rumble last month.
A representative sent Rumble a nasty note, telling him not to contact the company again unless he removed the content posted by the conservative personality.
The deputy signed in with his preferred pronoun, “He/She.”
The email read:
“Hey Two – your team has reached out to me before and I’ve expressed this concern so I don’t appreciate any further contact unless the nature of the content on your platform undergoes dramatic changes. One of my responsibilities is managing the Diage North America TMP process (Trusted Marketplace and not there are scenarios where we endorse platforms that have Steven Crowder, Alex Jones, or others. Content on your platform does not fit all categories.”
Meanwhile, I’m willing to bet that they advertise on YouTube, Facebook etc. (where @ngorek also available).

Pavlovski also reported that Dunkin Donuts has banned advertising from the Rumble.
And here we think Dunkin Donuts is a neutral company!
The email read:
“Honestly, (redacted) I would be opposed to appearing on the current version of the platform – the right-wing culture of the site is too polarized from the point of view of brand appropriateness today. (redacted) but We are open to continued discussions as an evolutionary site! I am sorry to show that I want to help .
2nd roll – We pitched @dunkindonuts and @InspireBrands because Rumble through the index with coffee consumption. Discrimination against “right-wing culture” inspires construction @rumble1775 coffee, coffee for all cultures (which is great). pic.twitter.com/ANzJXHUcwx

There have been calls to boycott Dunkin Donuts and its anti-conservative agenda.
Dunkin Donuts is boycotting Rumble and X because the company hates conservatives and free speech!
both sides @Diageo_NA and @dunkindonuts want Rumble to drop @ngorek and avoid “right-wing culture”. Rumble’s CEO told him, “No, we don’t discriminate. … pic.twitter.com/XwIQkpgwgV

After the boycott call, #BoycottDunkinDonuts became the most popular topic on X.
Why is the #1 trend in the US by miles suddenly dethroned by X. We need an explanation. Are billion dollar companies more important than us? Obviously they panicked and called X behind the scenes and it was taken down – so disappointed in X – this is not free speech.… pic.twitter.com/uBaKkEDC1F

Rumble video CEO Chris Pavlovski said in X, “Both Diageo and Dunkin Donuts want us to drop Scrowder and avoid “right-wing culture” to get advertising dollars from them. My answer: No, we don’t discriminate. All cultures are welcome in Rumble.
