Brianna LaPagliaaka Brianna Chickenfry is done with him after her acrimonious split with him Zach Bryan.
After admitting to being blindsided by the break up earlier this week, the podcaster took to social media on Friday, October 26, to reassure his followers that he was doing ok.
“I’m so kind,” LaPaglia, 25, wrote via her Instagram Story, adding, “Boys and everyone else.”
He also shared that his friends had sent cupcakes to deal with the break-up which was meant to read “lost” but instead had a typo so they read, “lost”.
LaPaglia further touched on the split in another post shared through her Instagram Story, writing, “Remember when I paused for men. I’m sorry I’m only human.”
On Tuesday, October 22, Bryan, 28, confirmed that he and LaPaglia had split after a year of dating.
“Resolved: Brianna and I have broken up with each other (SIC) and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart,” the country singer said in a statement on her Instagram Story. “He has loved me unconditionally for a long time and I am always grateful.”
He continued: “I’ve had a very difficult year and struggled for some serious things. I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go out in different ways. I’m not perfect and I won’t be perfect.”
The country singer then urged fans to give the couple some space to navigate in private.
“If you have it in your heart, so do I,” he added. “With everything I’ve done and whoever I’ve done, I’m sorry. I tried my best in everything. I failed the people who loved me and usually me.
For his part, LaPaglia responded via his Instagram Story by announcing that he didn’t see Bryan’s public post coming.
“Hey, I think these people are so blind. Going to jump from social media for a while and try to recover personally, when I’m ready I’ll be back and ready to talk,” he wrote. “I love you a lot thank you for all the kind words. Remember that you are loved so much and everything will be fine.”
Expressing his sentiments in a YouTube video posted shortly after, LaPaglia shared his devastation.
“How do you, like, give every ounce of yourself to someone and then, like, it’s going to be thrown away in a few days,” LaPaglia said. “It’s very heartbreaking and I don’t want to talk about the details right now.”
The couple announced their relationship in July 2023. At the time, LaPaglia described their romance as “fun” and “relaxed” when he spoke on the podcast.
Rumors began to swirl they had called quits earlier this month when LaPaglia posted a cryptic handwritten note via Stories on Friday, October 21.
“And eventually you will find that life goes on, even when you don’t want it to,” the message said. “Days will pass and the world will move when you ask it to stop. You will believe that life is cruel to continue when your feet are stuck.
LaPaglia continued, “You will find people and times to blame for your concrete feet. Then it will come in the morning, when you wake up and realize everything that happened, life is not cruel to your feet. The world continues to spin with the hope of showing that you can also .
