On Wednesday, Ruth Johnson, former MI SOS and current MI Senator, filed a bar complaint against her successor, George Soros-funded SOS Jocelyn Benson. The deeply partisan and untrustworthy Secretary of State Benson has lost ten election lawsuits and is currently in multiple lawsuits.
The bar complaint concerned Benson’s refusal to remove Kennedy’s name from the ballot in Michigan, and claimed. Benson was deceived by the procedure to destroy the November 5 election.
According to the Daily Signal – Johnson’s complaint, filed on October 11 with the Michigan State Bar Attorney Complaint Commission, said that Benson violated Rule 3.3 by knowingly making a false representation in court. According to the complaint, Benson’s objections are repeatedly based on false representations of the law when he defended his department’s election administration.
Ruth Johnson’s complaint reads:
“As stated above, Benson’s actions rise to false legal misrepresentation. However, in his official capacity as secretary of state, Benson’s framing of the state of law for the purpose of furthering his goal is fraudulent in nature. Benson’s decision to put the candidate back on the ballot, after his name was removed, after the ballots were certified, and after the statutory deadline lapsed, is an abuse of authority as the secretary of state resulting in the manipulation of the state’s election procedures and calls to. question her political priorities.
Earlier this month, Judge David William McKeague of the US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit ruled that Benson had tried “influence the upcoming presidential election by manipulating the country’s election procedures.”
Johnson’s bar complaint quotes a federal judge as saying: “Secretary Benson’s actions … serve no other purpose than to sow unnecessary confusion in the presidential election,” “will inevitably cause confusion, and … destroy faith in this core democratic institution.”
