According to CNN, Nuzzi, 31, filed a court filing in Washington, DC Superior Court on Tuesday, October 1, detailing Lizza’s actions in “mid-August,” which is about a month before the couple announced their separation in September. 20.

During Tuesday’s court hearing, Lizza, Politics‘s chief Washington correspondent, absent from, Nuzzi was granted a “temporary no-contact order” against Lizza, according to CNN.
In a statement on Tuesday, Lizza denied Nuzzi’s allegations, telling CNN, “I am saddened that my ex-fiancé would make so many false accusations against me as a way to divert attention from my personal and professional failures.
