Recording Artist Forgiato Blow spoke to The Gateway Pundit at the Republican National Convention about President Trump’s “Gangsta Status” after Trump was shot in a failed assassination attempt last Saturday.
“He’s a gangster,” Blow said. “Tchasing gangsters. I met many gangsters in my life. Hearing the gun, they ran and got out of there. ‘We have to go.’ Trump standing there, with his shoes on, blood dripping down his face, you know what I’m saying?

Method: You mention that you are not at the rally by trying to kill. What are your thoughts on the assassination attempt?
Forgiato Blow: I got a new song that just came out today called Teflon Trump. Look, man, Teflon, whatever he does to Trump, he keeps winning. He continued to struggle through. I mean, look, they’re trying to get rid of him. They are trying to accuse people. He tried to take his money. He tried to lock her up. They tried to blame him on January 6th. Now they’re trying to kill him at their own rally, you know what I mean? Like, what’s next? I don’t know what’s next. He’ll do whatever he can to keep her and, you know, push her away from her goals, dreams, and aspirations. But he’s so focused and doesn’t know what’s going on, I don’t think there’s anything that can stop him.

Cara: What do you think of her reaction to the bullet?
Forgiato Blow: He’s a gangster. Trobber, gangster. I met many gangsters in my life. Hearing the gun, they ran and got out of there. ‘We have to go.’ Trump standing there, with his shoes on, blood dripping down his face, you know what I’m saying? And, you know, a lot of people here don’t like Donald Trump, but I think if he wins a lot of people in the world, a lot of women in the world don’t like him. Look, does this man continue to fight this battle? He has a lot of passion, but he fights for us. Enthusiasm for us. It’s for your children. It’s for the family. It’s for your money. It’s for you, you know, your life. It’s your dream. He has become a made man. They don’t need to do this anymore. Trump can only retire. He fought for us.
Method: On Twitter, there are many videos of many people, like many minorities, really, even more than before, if possible, saying that they support Trump because of the way he reacted, the way he fell and he jumped back up after the bullet.
Forgiato Blow: Well, yes, I mean, you hit the head. I mean, the African-American community is with Trump 1,000 percent like it was in 2016. 2020, he ran with this narrative that he was racist, and I blame it on fake news. You know, like shootouts and stuff. The media also has a lot to do, because they can put out whatever they want about Donald Trump. If it’s not real, or if it’s fake, it’s one of the older kids who died. You know, they’re probably reading things that aren’t true about Donald Trump. You don’t understand. There are so many people out here that I talk to, you know; I even brought Joe Biden. I was like, well, he’s been in politics forever. He was like, he just came in after Trump. I was like, no, he’s Obama’s VP. They don’t understand this type of stuff, you know, and people need to learn more about what’s going on here. But I think, you know, obviously being impeached is a big deal for Trump. They brought the hood out, they brought the streets out; people who are like, ‘Yo, Trump is a gangster.’ “
