On the November 25 episode of Monday Night Raw, Bianca Belair defeated Nia Jax with help from Bayley, securing the WarGames advantage for Team Ripley before the final premium live event.
Bayley has replaced Jade Cargill as the fifth member of Team Ripley, joining Bianca Belair, Iyo Sky, Naomi, and team captain Rhea Ripley. In addition, he added to the group for the match against Tim Stratton.
Team Ripley will face Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Candice LeRae in the highly anticipated WarGames match. Both teams will be appearing on this week’s SmackDown at Rogers Arena to add some final hype and tension before their showdown at PLE.
Cody Rhodes vs. Carmelo Hayes
In the other main event, WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes will face Carmelo Hayes in a non-title match. The clash stems from an altercation backstage during last week’s episode. As reported, “Hayes was talking to people backstage when Rhodes got upset after coming face to face with Kevin Owens.” The tension escalated when “The American Nightmare was rushed to Hayes,” which led to the match being made official by General Manager Nick Aldis.
