While running for President, Kamala Harris claimed that serving as Vice President for the past three and a half years qualifies her for higher office.
But there is no evidence that he did anything positive in the role of Vice President.
As President Biden’s “Border Czar,” Harris has been a complete disaster.
Over the past three and a half years, millions of immigrants have entered the country illegally without screening or background checks.
The Biden-Harris administration has used tax dollars to send hundreds of thousands of these illegal immigrants to communities across the country, where they strain local social services and health care resources.
Too many illegal immigrants have criminal backgrounds and also commit serious crimes after arriving in our country.
As an integral part of the Biden-Harris Administration, Kamala Harris participated in the administration’s plan to censor free speech, reducing the First Amendment rights of Americans to speak freely and to hear what others have to say.
He said social media platforms cannot transmit information to the public “without oversight or regulation.”
He doesn’t seem to care if the government’s “supervision or regulation” of free speech violates the First Amendment and jeopardizes our continued existence as free people by interfering with our ability to make informed decisions.
Harris’s acceptance of censorship of free speech is demonstrated by the recent appointment of Rob Flaherty as the president’s deputy campaign manager.
Flaherty is one of the government officials who “advocates” Facebook’s censorship of reliable medical and scientific information about the COVID-19 vaccine in order to “combat vaccine skepticism” and “destroy vaccine misinformation.”
Censorship of credible scientific and medical information on the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as suppression of information on alternative treatments, make it impossible for people to consent to medical treatment and reduce their sovereignty. his body.
Even now, Kamala Harris requires her campaign staff to be fully vaccinated despite the fact that the Biden-Harris CDC has actual knowledge since the summer of 2021 that the vaccine does not produce immunity to infection and does not prevent the transmission of COVID-19.
This is why the CDC is changing the definition of “vaccine” effective September 1, 2021 to remove the phrase. “to produce immunity to certain diseases, to protect people from those diseases.”
Apparently, Kamala Harris is willing to ignore scientific facts that don’t suit her political agenda.
Kamala Harris has also joined the Biden-Harris administration to work on law enforcement. Tulsi Gabbard, a decorated lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve who once served in Congress as a Democrat, provides a current example.
In July 2024, Ms. Gabbard made a public comment that “Kamala Harris does not have the knowledge or strength to face potential enemies, or importantly unelected combatants – the Military Industrial Complex that profits from war.”
The next day Ms. Gabbard was included in the TSA’s Quiet Skies program which is a secret surveillance initiative used by the government to monitor potential domestic terrorists. He and his wife remember that they were beaten while traveling after July 23.
Several federal air marshal whistleblowers reported that they were escorted by TSA officials and three air marshals on every flight they boarded. Kamala Harris is perfectly willing to use the power of law enforcement to try to destroy her political opponents.
Since Kamala Harris was appointed – and not elected by the people – to replace Joe Biden as the presidential candidate, she has tried to explain her change of position on some important issues by saying that her “values” have not changed.
So, let’s look at their values. Harris’ record as San Francisco District Attorney from 2004 to 2011 and as California Attorney General from 2011 to 2017 speaks volumes about her values ​​and character.
As San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris declined to take action against the Catholic Church and individual priests accused of abusing children, effectively dismantling her predecessor’s active program to hold predatory priests accountable for sexual abuse.
Additionally, as District Attorney he repeatedly failed to uphold the constitution Brady a rule established by the US Supreme Court, which requires prosecutors to disclose exculpatory evidence to lawyers representing defendants in criminal cases.
In order to secure a criminal conviction, Harris was willing to violate due process constitutional protections he was promised. They also prosecuted drug cases based on evidence from the police crime lab without disclosing that one of the lab technicians had a criminal record for domestic violence and had a drinking problem.
Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massulo condemned the District Attorney’s Office for not disclosing these facts, pointing out in a written order that ”
Harris responded to the order by blaming the police department and accusing the Judge of bias.
Later, when Kamala Harris became California Attorney General, more than 127,500 black and Hispanic Californians were sent to prison. They accounted for 68 percent of all newly incarcerated people during that time.
Harris has repeatedly defied US Supreme Court orders to reduce serious overcrowding in California prisons by releasing certain non-violent offenders. When a High Court Judge dismisses an indictment in a criminal case based on 3
prosecutorial error after knowing that the prosecutor has falsified the transcript of the defendant’s statement, Attorney General Harris appealed the dismissal of the indictment. Fortunately, they lost that appeal.
In another case, Kevin Cooper, a black man, was convicted of killing four people in 1985 and sentenced to death. Believing he had been framed, he demanded a full DNA test of proof that the technology was available.
During her time as California Attorney General, Kamala Harris opposed Kevin Cooper’s request for the test.
As Law Professor Lara Bazelon wrote on January 17, 2019 in his opinion piece New York Times“Ms. Harris fought hard to establish a wrongful conviction secured through official misconduct that included evidence tampering, false testimony and the suppression of important information by the prosecution.
Kamala Harris’ Choice of Tim Walz as her partner raises serious questions about her judgment and also reveals the wisdom she really supports. Before becoming Governor of Minnesota, Tim Walz was a member of Congress.
In his election campaign for a Congressional seat, Walz falsely claimed that he had received an award from the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce. In fact, the Nebraska Chamber of Commerce supports Republican opponents.
Walz also misrepresented his military service by falsely claiming he retired as a command sergeant major and by making comments suggesting he served in combat.
He misunderstood or disrespected the Constitution he promised, saying the First Amendment does not protect against “misinformation”.
The word “misinformation” does not appear in the First Amendment or anywhere else in the Constitution as an exception to free speech. And who decides what is called “misinformation?”
Government? During the COVID-19 pandemic, Minnesota Governor Walz implemented extreme lockdown measures and set up a hotline for people to report violations of stay-at-home orders by neighbors, similar to the ruthless tactics of the McCarthy era.
They are also offering financial incentives to encourage teenagers to get the COVID-19 vaccine even though the risk of death from COVID-19 among that age group is low.
Despite the extreme measures taken, Walz defended the practice of sending sick elderly patients back to nursing homes that often spread COVID-19 to other vulnerable people.
In summary, Kamala Harris has been ineffective as Vice President. His official actions over the past 20 years have shown an appalling level of disdain for the Constitutional limits on political power designed to preserve our basic liberties.
Based on her performance record in elected office, Kamala Harris is unfit to be President of the United States and de facto leader of the free world.
