Today is an important date in the 2024 election cycle.
Republicans have exactly two weeks to clean up the bloated voting rolls that Democrats depend on to steal elections.
The NVRA Act 1993 (National Voter Registration Act) prohibits election officials from removing voters from the register within 90 days of an election (see page 8 below). This is often referred to as the “90 Day Freeze”.
The Democrat-run DOJ’s Civil Rights Division (CRD) has used parts of this law repeatedly over the years to defend dirty voter rolls and thwart pre-election purges.
Democrats support this law, knowing it allows fraudulent registration to remain on voter rolls.
According to the NVRA, conservatives and Republicans have up to Wednesday, August 7, 2024 for the electoral department to clean the voter rolls using many processes or methods.
It is hard to believe that the jurisdictions cannot remove illegal voters using many methods in this 90-day freeze and until the November 6 election. They cannot match voter roll databases to Driver’s License records, USPS NCOA (National Change Of Address), Social Security Death Index, etc.
This has been challenged in court but never by the Supreme Court. Time to change this law and fight back.
Yayasan Warisan explained again in 2014 the law intended to freeze “ordinary maintenance activities” in 90 days. This means that no “public maintenance” or similar “program” can be implemented to “systematically” remove ineligible voters. But officials can attack registrants from individual information. For example, news of someone’s death, a voter requesting cancellation, or correcting a mistake, etc.
When the 1993 NVRA legislation was passed, voter registration was completed with a paper form filled out by the applicant, often mailed to the jurisdiction. If information is missing or inaccurate, a letter is sent to the applicant. If there is no reply, the registration will be placed. This paper registration process is essential to the integrity of our elections. Democrats know this, and are changing the way they register voters across the country.
Arizona was the first in 2002 to allow online VoteReg. Most countries adopted it after 2010, which coincides with efforts by the leftist David Becker and the Pew Charitable Trust to implement changes in the system. Both “Vector Modernization Projects” were rolled out to all States in 2010-2012. You must join a non-profit ERIC and most importantly, apply VoteReg online. This online access allows activist groups from anywhere to submit registrations in bulk.
Some states and counties don’t care about the 90-day freeze and no one is removing it. They know that the DOJ CRD will withdraw if they are prosecuted.
In 2022 the Texas Election Network, founded by Melissa Conway, filed an affidavit challenging 6,000 registrations in Harris County, TX (Houston). Another 49 challenges came after August 10t The 2022 freeze deadline. Harris County did not remove one from the rolls.
Mike Hassinger, a spokesman for Brad Raffensperger, said federal law prohibits voter registration within 90 days. Ineligibles can only be removed on a case by case basis. This thinking allows corrupt election activists to flood voter rolls until election day, with no consequences.
The DOJ’s Civil Rights Division consists of 11 different sections that include the Housing, Disability, and Voting Rights Sections. It was worked on by all the people working on behalf of the DNC and left wing activist groups. It is rotten to the core, just watch this amazing interview with Maureen Riorden, the last Republican employee in the Voting Rights section, now retired.
Last year, DOJ CRD did not want to remove 180,000 non-citizens from FL voter rolls, so they sued Florida in 2012. Florida fought this case and won. But appeal to the DOJ. 11Th The Circuit Court of Appeals, with a panel of 3 judges, overturned the ruling in 2014. These two judges decided it was illegal to clear the voter’s roll in 90 days.
In 2014, Florida objected “90 Day Provision” will not prevent the state from investigating potential non-citizens and removing them on the basis of individual information, even in the 90-day window.
Florida won the case. But appeal to the DOJ. 11Th The Circuit Court of Appeals, with a panel of 3 judges, overturned the ruling in 2014. These two judges decided it was illegal to clear the voter’s roll in 90 days. True Vote and Judicial Watch tried to join the case in 2012, when the RNC did nothing.
Common sense would dictate that we purge voter rolls en masse as long as voter registration is open.
But that is not the case.
Republicans must act now. We have less than two weeks to report fraudulent registrations and request that they be removed.

Without a doubt the key to Democratic voter fraud is bloating Voter rolls.
This was especially evident when the Biden administration sent federal agencies to collect registrations.
And in February, the Biden White House held a special summit with a left-wing “voting rights group” to implement a plan to ‘register’ voters.
Democratic lawmakers and Joe Biden also funded a dubious left-wing group that wrote tens of thousands of voter registrations and served as county clerks in battleground states.

Democrats also want the ballots to be completed and collected without scrutiny.
Once the ball is in the election building or dropbox, it’s over.
Again, it’s safe to say that the Democrats’ strategy is two-fold:
- Roll the voter rolls with millions of registrations produced
- Send in the ballot from the registration made
Suspect ballots then become ‘legitimate’ ballots that pass audit. Stopping fraud should focus more upstream.
The bottleneck for Democratic fraud appears to be getting the ball rolling back into the system, in droves. This is proven in 2000 Mules. Republican efforts should seek ways to prevent the delivery of mass ballots. Because registration is now done almost entirely online, they face little vetting. Claiming registration verification can be a long-term strategy. It has to happen.
