Donald Trump’s campaign has filed a complaint against Kamala Harris accusing her of committing a “$91.5m heist” by not accessing Joe Biden’s campaign funds after he dropped out of the race for the White House on Sunday.
In a complaint to the Federal Election Commission (FEC), the Trump campaign’s general counsel, David Warrington, sought to block the transfer of funds, saying that “calling money insolent” violates the FEC’s 1971 campaign act.
Democrats have denied the complaint, not least because Harris has been ticketed for fundraisers by Biden’s campaign team.
Calling the claim “baseless,” said Charles Lutvak, a spokesman for the Harris camp The New York Times: “Republicans can be jealous that Democrats are eager to defeat Donald Trump and his MAGA allies”.
Meanwhile, tech entrepreneur Elon Musk has clarified that he didn’t donate $45m a month to Trump’s presidential campaign after all.
“What’s being reported in the media is simply not true,” the billionaire told conservative commentator Jordan Peterson.
Trump has bragged about his perceived promise, calling Musk a “brilliant man,” but may now be changing that opinion.
The author’s new book Project 2025 has been followed by … JD Vance
As Trump’s presidential campaign continues to try and separate itself from the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 manifesto, its author, Kevin Roberts, has a new book coming out in September: Early Light of Dawn: Taking Back Washington to Save America.
The introduction was written by the candidate for vice president and candidate for vice president Donald Trump, Ohio Senator JD Vance …
Here’s what Vance said in his review: “Never before has a figure of Roberts’ depth and stature on the American Right tried to articulate a truly new future for conservatism…and open muskets. In the fight ahead, this idea is an important weapon.

Donald Trump advises to study Winston Churchill to win the general public
Donald Trump has advised to study Winston Churchill in his bid to win over the public in the presidential election race. Former Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly made the revelation during an interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored on Wednesday (July 23). O’Reilly said: “Trump is an outsider who is larger than life and he has a lot of energy. His personality is very pugnacious, a lot like Winston Churchill. “When I spoke with Trump when he made the decision this time to run , I said, ‘You should read Winston Churchill’s comeback paper about how the British threw him out after World War II’.

Bryson DeChambeau’s video exposes Trump’s biggest golf weakness
Donald Trump can play golf to a relatively good standard. That much shouldn’t come as much of a surprise to people – especially considering he played during his time in the White House and how many courses he owns around the world.
But it is fair to say that the latest video with the champion of the US Open and one of the best players in the world, Bryson DeChambeau, exposes the worst elements of his golf game.

‘So this is the man’: Bodycam footage reveals aftermath of Trump assassination attempt
Newly released bodycam footage captured after the assassination attempt on Trump reveals law enforcement officials discussing how the gunman was on the radar before opening fire.
This graphic video was released by Senator Chuck Grassley on Friday night, as both Democratic and Republican lawmakers continue to demand answers over the shooting that left one rallygoer dead, two wounded and the former president narrowly escaped death.
Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle resigned on Tuesday amid intense criticism of the agency’s response that day, just hours before Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Christopher Paris revealed in dramatic congressional testimony that an officer confronted a man armed Thomas Crooks “minutes not seconds” before the shooting.
Trump himself has questioned why Secret Service agents did not suspend his appearance on stage while the threat is being investigated and three investigations into security failures have been launched by the Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General.
Now, a newly obtained graphic video has shed more light on how law enforcement agents at the rally site in Butler, Pennsylvania, knew a suspect was leading the attack – but were unable to stop it at the time.

Trump blamed Biden and Harris for not ‘protecting’ him at campaign rallies
Republicans are now blaming President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for “not protecting” them during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania where a gunman shot the former president and killed an attendee.
Trump allies have floated unfounded and dangerous conspiracy theories about an assassination plot orchestrated by the administration, or refuted claims that the Biden administration denied the former president’s request for extra security.
In Social Truth, Trump took back the claim by directly blaming the president and a possible Democratic rival for the presidency for the threat to his life.
