Richard Fajarformer member of the Bad Boy girl group Danity Kane, has reportedly been accused Diddy of sexual abuse in the new lawsuit.

More Details About Dawn Richard’s Sexual Abuse Claim Against Diddy
According to TMZ, the outlet obtained the lawsuit filed by Richard. In the suit, Richard explained that he appeared on Diddy’s 2004 music competition reality series, ‘Making The Band.’
During the show, Diddy allegedly cheated on her by “promising to advance her singing career if she was willing to meet his twisted demands.”
Additionally, Richard accused the music mogul of verbally abusing female contestants on the show by calling them “fat,” “ugly,” “b*****s” and “h**s.”
As for himself, Richard said the music mogul forced him to rehearse for 48 hours without sleep. Additionally, Richard said that on one occasion, the music mogul “asked him to come to his house in Miami.”
When she arrived, she was accused of not wearing underwear.
“This is my house you bastard!” It is alleged that he shouted at her as she asked him to put on her clothes.
Furthermore, Richard details the instance when he was allegedly naked in his dressing room, and the music mogul “barged” it. He allegedly “touched her breasts and buttocks.” According to Page Six, the incident happened again on several occasions between 2009 and 2011.
However, Richard’s accusations did not end there. The singer also claimed that Diddy even locked her in the car for two hours.

Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges that on one occasion in 2005, Richard witnessed Diddy’s girlfriend, Kim Porter, leave the music studio “with her face all over him.”
The following year, Richard allegedly met Diddy’s new girlfriend and Bad Boy artist, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Richard allegedly monitored Diddy who “moved on him in a predatory way.” In 2009, Richard said he even witnessed the music mogul “throw Cassie against the wall.”
During the incident, Diddy allegedly choked Cassie and dragged her up the stairs at his Los Angeles home.
“I’ve asked you s**t; I can’t stand you, you never do it right!” Diddy allegedly assaulted Cassie after throwing eggs at her during the same incident.
On an additional occasion, Richards allegedly witnessed the music mogul wrap his arms around Cassie’s throat and try to hold her.
When Richard and another Bad Boy artist, Kalenna Harper, allegedly tried to intervene, the music mogul threatened the pair.
“Y’all b*****s don’t want to be in my relationship,” he allegedly said. “Don’t tell me what to do… Just make money and shut up… I’m stopping the artist… I’m leaving my career… You might as well be gone… You b***** I want to die today .”

Diddy has been listed as a defendant in multiple lawsuits after Ventura accused him of sexual assault, abuse, and human trafficking in November 2023, per The Shade Room. The couple settled the lawsuit privately the next day.
In the following weeks, the music mogul will be accused of sexually assaulting a group of minors and sexually harassing a former employee, among additional charges, which he and his legal team have denied.
However, in May, Diddy and Cassie’s romance will return to the headlines. At that point, surveillance footage emerged of the music mogul stalking Cassie at a hotel and getting physical with her.

Later that month, the music mogul apologized for his actions, according to The Shade Room.
