Grassroots activists and key figures are rallying to strengthen election integrity in Michigan.
“Protect Our Voters!” event, scheduled for Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 15:00 to 16:30 at Menara Boji, will present these efforts.
Organized by Senator Jim Runestad (R-White Lake), gathering aims to bring to light the strategic measures needed to combat voter fraud and ensure that each vote is counted accurately and fairly.
Senator Runestad will discuss Senate Bill 603-604 during the plenary. In X’s account, Sen. Runestad wrote:
All Voters in Michigan; Democrats, Independents, and Republicans alike should be motivated to attend this rally on Wednesday to ensure a free and fair election and build confidence and certainty in our electoral process.
Most of Michigan is now aware of Senate bills 603 and 604, which will be voted on soon and are designed to remove all investigative and subpoena powers currently invested in the Board of canvassers, and make the recount process more complicated and expensive in order to facilitate the potential for mischief in the recount process.
Fair and reliable elections are the bedrock of our Republic and SB 603-4 Bill is actively working to eliminate, and undermine the authority of the people’s representatives on canvassing boards entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of our election results- in particular. which is related to telling.
We will have several speakers addressing many of the issues that will be going on in this election cycle that everyone needs to know so that everyone can be confident in the election process.

By highlighting the work of Patty McMurray and others, Senator Runestad hopes to inspire more people to get involved in this critical cause.
