Shawn Mendes announced a one-night-only concert film event Shawn Mendes: For Friends and Family Only (Live Concert Movie) celebrating the debut of his new album, Shawn out Nov. 15 The film will be available exclusively in cinemas on November 14 and will feature a heartfelt performance from the album in its entirety for the very first time.
Countdown to evil it’s on! This week, Republic Records and Verve Records announced that Wicked: Soundtrack will be released on November 22 to coincide with the film’s arrival in theaters. The soundtrack will include songs performed by Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba, Ariana Grande as Glinda, Michelle Yeoh as Madame Morrible, Jonathan Bailey as Fiyero, and Jeff Goldblum as the Wizard of Oz.
Brat Summer continues with Charli xcx’s new remix album, Brat and It’s Completely Different But It’s Still Brat. He covered all 15 songs from the original album and joined an all-star guest list that included Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Troye Sivan, and Lorde.
Jelly Roll released their sophomore album Ruak Indah. He previously announced that the net profit from every pre-order of his new album on his US web store will benefit organizations that help individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.
JENNIE releases her long-awaited new single “Mantra”, her debut music in a new partnership with Columbia Records and record label and entertainment company ODDATELIER. About the single, he said “it’s the perfect song to start my new era. The song was inspired by my time recording in Los Angeles and I hope the fans feel that energy – it’s about being positive, expressive, and being true to who you are.”
GloRilla released their debut album glorious today. ET is behind the new music video for “Hollon” where he reveals that he’s just trying to be characteristic. She says she has “beautiful features” and hopes to collaborate with Rihanna next!
Earlier this week, Magazine W released the cover for the latest edition, Volume 5, The Originals Issue featuring A$AP Rocky, photographed by Rihanna herself. A$AP remembers the first moment he knew he was interested in Rihanna saying “it’s a lot of history between us” and he said he found support “from my woman, from my partner. He knows when to hold down.”
And the holidays are right around the corner! Jimmy Fallon announced his holiday comedy album Holiday Seasoning will be released on November 1. The album will include previously released singles featuring Ariana Grande, Megan Thee Stallion, Dolly Parton, Meghan Trainor with a full track list with other superstar collaborations coming soon.
