How do you start your day? A splash of cold water and a quick dog run? All the coffee and lots of yelling “Put your shoes on, time to go!” to your children? Or do your mornings start with a journal, a candle, fresh mint tea and a face full of ice?
If you go for the third option, then you Bella Hadid – or at least live his very aspirational lifestyle. The model, 27, recently took to TiKTok to spill the beans on her daily morning routine — and while it’s unlike some influencers and her “simple” 23-step skincare regime, it’s certainly the envy of anyone’s day. it’s not usually a relaxing start.
“I’m such a homebody, when I’m out on the road or back in New York City, sometimes it’s hard to go on with my normal morning routine,” she says, while looking remarkably good for someone who just got laid. wake. “‘I’ll show you what I do on a regular work morning if I have enough time and I don’t snooze my alarm a thousand times.”
He added that he likes “to get everything out of the previous day and start the day fresh with good energy” – but not snickering at the back, he does not talk about what happens in the bathroom, he means his journal. Yes, Hadid found time to write three pages in the morning, as well as sipping fresh peppermint tea and juice from her own brand, lighting scented candles and, strangely, editing some decks (first time, without coffee? Wow). The funniest detail? Her laptop is covered in stickers from her 3-year-old niece, Khai (her older sister’s daughter). Gigi Hadid).
And then, of course, there are skin care items. Hadid revealed that, first, she uses a NuFace skin roller or plunges her face into ice. And although she shines flawlessly, she still suffers from acne, for which she sprays special acne. See, it’s not all glamorous after all.

So how does Hadid’s morning routine compare to other stars? How Just Rich us or Nothing Like It us is that her? We’d say he’s somewhere in the middle…
Orlando Bloom
Yes, someone does California makeup. The actor, 47, spoke to The Sunday Times in 2021 about the morning routine – and it’s quite powerful. “I like to have breakfast, so I just have green powder mixed with brain octane oil, collagen powder for hair and nails, and some protein,” he says, adding that he also analyzes sleep data and spends 20 minutes chanting and reading Buddhist texts, also sometimes play with Legos – and not necessarily Daisy, his daughter with Katy Perry. “I used to build cars and finding the methodical nature of building these little things made me feel like I had achieved something else,” he said.
Verdict: Not so us whatever.
Gwyneth Paltrow
Despite practically inventing (jk!) the concept of Kamping, Paltrow’s morning routine is actually a little less Goopy than you might expect. She wakes up at 6.30am which is quite civilized and likes to drink smoothies and cappuccinos (so far, so Us!), then spray minty coconut oil in her mouth for 10 minutes (now, there’s the Gwyneth we know and love). Then, she meditates with her husband Brad Falchuk before her daily workout.
Plus, when it comes to grooming, they’re really low maintenance. “I don’t usually wear makeup to work — or on the weekend, for that matter,” she wrote on Goop in 2022. A skincare ritual that also helps me mentally prepare for the day.
Verdict: More like it us than we expected.
Zendaya
Oh, normal people! The actress and singer, 28, spoke to Harper’s Bazaar in 2017 about her typical day – and it’s very relatable. “I’m usually a sleeper, but lately I’ve been up a lot,” he said. “I don’t jump straight out of bed. I’m just not one of those people; I’m always kind of a liar. I’ll debate for a few minutes whether I want to wake up or try to sleep for another 10 minutes. If I’m more of a diva, I’ll lie until two hours. It depends on how I’m feeling. You have all the news on your phone when you wake up – texts, stuff like that – so I’ll look at it, or check the calendar to see what I’m doing that day, because honestly, I don’t know. what I’m doing.”
Zendaya said she then took a shower (she hates showering because it “tastes like soup”) before washing and moisturizing her face and slapping on lip balm. Then, breakfast… maybe. “At some point, my assistant would try to force me to eat,” he said. “I’ve never been a breakfast person. I love breakfast food, just not at breakfast. I will eat breakfast food, but there has to be some Nutella: pancakes, berries, and Nutella. Yum!
Verdict: Like us.
Cindy Crawford
Only the legendary supermodel can have a daily routine that most of us experience when we’re on vacation once in a while: Crawford, 58, regularly starts her day watching the sunrise from her jacuzzi in Malibu. “I look at the sea when the sun comes up and watch it every morning,” he said The Cut in 2017. “That’s the time before anyone needs anything from me, so I can walk around during the day and see where someone can slip through the cracks. It’s also when I can have a moment of gratitude.
She then follows the archetypal celeb morning routine: green tea, a protein smoothie (she likes to mix almond milk, banana, spinach, mint, chocolate and green powder) and, of course, exercise. “My workout would be 20 minutes of cardio and then weights,” he says. “Sometimes cardio is jumping on a trampoline, using a treadmill or elliptical, or running. We have stairs down to the beach from our house. I put on an audiobook or music while I walk around my house for 20 minutes.
Is anyone else disappointed that they didn’t just burn their own classic sports DVDs?
Verdict: Much like usif we don’t have to work.
Mark Wahlberg
Calm down, this is wild. Wahlberg’s morning routine made headlines when he spoke about it in 2018, but in case you forgot: the actor and entrepreneur, 53, revealed via Instagram that he wakes up at 2.30 in the morning (no typo! THIRTY-THIRTY IN THE MORNING! ) to pray, exercise, eat two meals, shower, play golf and recover in the cryo-recovery room – and all before 10 o’clock!
But a few years ago, becoming a teenage father forced him to let go, self-medicating at 3.30am. “I’ve been like, 3:30 wake up, 4 o’clock in the gym, finish, finish my reading and pray, then start the process of waking up,” he said. Today in 2023. “I go up and down the stairs at least three times to get the young girl up, and I get to school, then I usually start the rest of the day.” Or just … want to sleep?
Verdict: So far from us so he could be a different species.
Jennifer Aniston
Others that sound luxurious to the common man but are quite normal by celebrity standards. Aniston, 55, wakes up between 8 and 9 in the morning (unless she takes it, then at 4.30 – don’t tell Mark Wahlberg, though, he’ll think he’s lazy!), before drinking warm, lemon-infused water, washing and moisturizing her face and doing 20 minute meditation session. Then it’s time for a classic protein shake, sometimes with bananas, blueberries and cherries, followed by a sweaty workout or yoga session. It’s an A-list classic.
Verdict: A bit like that usbut better.
Elle MacPherson
The former supermodel, 60, is definitely a morning person – she sets her alarm for 5 or 5.30, and wakes up with a smile. “I set an intention for today,” he wrote in it Get Gloss. “I try to be good to myself and check, to understand how I feel in my body and my mind.”
Yes, he is another person who likes to meditate, opting for one the night before in an app like Headspace. And then explain journaling. “This is where I set aside time, maybe 15 minutes, just to write down my thoughts,” he said. “It was cathartic.”
Of course, when you make a name for yourself as “The Body”, there are exercises to fit in as well. McPherson likes to ride a bike, swim in the ocean, walk or do yoga “to stimulate nitric oxide” before an infrared or sauna session and matcha, plus the ubiquitous smoothie, in the sun. Bliss.
Verdict: Not so usalthough everyone loves smoothies.
