Voters in Arizona should turn in their ballots today at 5pm MST if there is a problem with their signature. Arizona voters can check their ballot status here.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, the ACLU and the Campaign Legal Center filed a lawsuit with the League of Latin American Citizens-Arizona in the Arizona Supreme Court on Monday morning asking for an extension of the deadline for Arizona mail-in ballot curing as the counting of ballots in the Curry Arizona Senate Race continues.
The ACLU’s Emergency Petition cited “incredible delays in preliminary proceedings ballot,” requesting an additional 96 hours after notice is mailed or 48 hours “if notice is mailed overnight or hand delivered” to correct Initial ballot signatures do not match.
However, voters can check online to see if there are any problems with signatures, and Elections offices usually notify voters by phone or email, not overnight mail and hand delivery. This may be an attempt to give more time to ensure that fraudulent ballots are not rejected. The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on fraudulent ballots to be counted in Maricopa County.
Former Arizona Assistant Attorney General and election lawyer Jen Wright told The Gateway Pundit, “They always hate the deadline to cure the ballot, so they want to challenge the law. If they can scratch the armor of the ballot cure deadline, then long-term the game for erastha deadline and actually has been cured forever, it is his opinion.
Arizona State Representative and election attorney Alex Kolodin said Democrats want to implement a “rolling multi-day period after each voter is contacted” to process ballots. He said this could affect the state’s ability to complete the election canvass on November 25, which could disenfranchise every single voter in Arizona by taking 11 of the state’s electoral votes away from Trump.
Arizona Senate President Warren Petersen said in X yesterday that the Arizona Senate will defend the Arizona law against this attempt by a leftwing organization to change the law.
Petersen: the left sued to extend the time to determine the Election. I’m just authorizing the AZ Senate to step in and defend the existing law so we can determine the outcome as soon as possible. It has taken too much time! And the next session will review the bill to get the results of the election, the night of.
Turning Point Action COO Tyler Bowyer commented on the post, saying the RNC’s election integrity team was “all over this” and also called out the left for trying to “change the rules.”

It’s also happening as Kari Lake and Lake supporters are working overtime to shore up the ballot and “dominate the Left,” Bowyer said Saturday.
We dominate the Left in Curing Ballots.
They are afraid.
