Arizona’s new Trump-Endorsed Congressman from the 8th District, Abe Hamadeh, spoke with The Gateway Pundit on Monday about his agenda to secure elections across the state and borders while in congress.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Abe Hamadeh won the race for Congress last Tuesday. Hamadeh previously ran for Arizona Attorney General in the rigged 2022 election and reportedly lost by just 280 votes. Had 60% of the voting machines not failed and caused a four-hour wait time in the state’s largest county, Maricopa, Hamadeh would have won the 2022 election decisively.
Additionally, thousands of Republican voters in 2022 were forced to cast provisional ballots due to voter registration errors, and their votes were never counted even though they were legally registered to vote. Former Secretary of State Katie Hobbs previously withheld this information from a judge in Hamadeh’s post-election challenge to annul the election.
Hamadeh expressed concern that due to a system error in Arizona’s voter registration system that resulted in 218,000 voters, even more voters will be moved to the provisional ballot this election cycle. Maricopa estimates there are now 10,000 provisional ballots, down from 21,000 on Sunday and from Election Day.
In addition, Abe said the nearly two-week counting period Maricopa County believes is an “open invitation to ballot fraud” in the Kari Lake Senate race. As The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday, despite winning regular ballot dumps from Maricopa County in the last few days and returning over 70,000 votes in the total ballot count, the Maricopa County ballot counts became increasingly suspicious and showed Lake’s deficit.

Abe further discussed his plans in Congress to support and push legislation that would secure the election, not by trampling on States’ Rights, but by ensuring that existing laws are followed. These include laws to prevent non-citizens from voting, ban ranked electionsdeveloping an election integrity unit at the DOJ, and helping President Trump appoint “strong U.S. Attorneys across the country” to enforce the law and prosecute corrupt election officials.
We also discuss Hamadeh’s plan to help President Trump re-secure the border and repair the damage caused by Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Hamadeh said that “the only war we have to fight” is against cartels and illegal immigration, and he chose to designate the cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, as well as “hit forces against the highest leadership positions.” Hamadeh added, “We have to show that the drugs go to the drug cartels, if the United States goes back to business.”

Conradson: You finally got a fair shake at the polls. I understand that you are fighting a stolen election in 2022 as well as campaigning all the time. What are your plans to fight for fair and honest elections if you enter Congress in January?
Hamadeh: Jordan, I learned a lot in the last few years, and yesterday, the Arizona Supreme Court refused to hear our case in the 2022 election. It’s amazing that it took them two years to get up there, even though they heard the case from Kerry Lake, and my race decided 280 votes out of 2.5 million. So now entering Congress, in many ways, I also proved that the 2022 election in Arizona was stolen. So, I know exactly what happened in Arizona. It will require a deep dive at the state level as well. This is why I look forward to President Trump’s Justice Department and that he appoints strong U.S. Attorneys across the country because that’s what he’s going to do. But at the congressional level, what I would like to see is for cities or states that allow illegal immigrants to vote or will implement election rules to withhold federal funding from them. I mean, when Democrats talk about an attack on democracy, the biggest attack on democracy is allowing non-citizens to change the course of the country from US citizens. You know, America is sick and tired of being treated as second class citizens. Another aspect that I would like to discuss is making sure that the Department of Justice has an election integrity and election fraud unit as well. They should work with the state level and the district level to ensure that the voter rolls are cleared, so that the election process is carried out. Here in Arizona, you know, you’re no stranger to corrupt elections in Jordan, the National Voting Rights Act is not being followed. Now we are still waiting for the Senate race. It’s really embarrassing. One more thing that I want to focus on in Congress, and luckily it was defeated at the state level, pretty handily, not only in Arizona, but throughout the country, and Alaska was just revealed, it’s a ranked choice. Primary ranked choice elections are an open invitation to allow fraud and rigging into elections. So, I want to ban ranked-choice elections at the federal level, in Washington, DC, but that’s a top priority that we can focus on, but also the Save action that we can’t do because of Joe Biden. and maybe some weak Republicans. You know, it’s common sense that you have to have a voting ID to vote, that you shouldn’t have illegal immigrants vote. So we’re going to go through all of this now that we have control of the Senate, the House, and the White House.
Conradson: Is there any chance that we can see the Republican Congress, if we can pull it home, call people like Bill Gates, Stephen Richer, other corrupt election officials from all over the country and do a real investigation, as you say, federal violations of the law that can be done?
Hamadeh: Yes, I am going to investigate what happened in our election. I don’t want to give some of these, frankly, losers, more coverage because they love the media attention. He’s so egomaniacal, Jordan, that he likes to be called and get paid at the end of the day to work for some Democratic group. I don’t want to boost my profile constantly, in my opinion. I want to erase his name from my vocabulary. And just yesterday, you saw that the Maricopa County Recorder just deleted his Twitter profile. And, I mean, you know, it’s also unusual, right, that they delete it in the middle of the sound tabulation. I mean, it’s so weird. He mixes private and government business. But we have to—I mean, Ken Paxton has done a good job in Texas as the Attorney General out there. I know some of these other AGs- we’ve moved the needle so much, and I give a lot of credit to Gateway Pundit, Jordan. We’ve moved the needle a lot. Now, almost universally, every Republican recognizes that we need to address election integrity more seriously than just two years ago, you know, it was pretty quiet. We got all the hits, it was called election denial, but we were proven right. So, something has to change, and I know President Trump cares about it. And those who are going through this, like me, Kari Lake, President Trump, we will not ignore, believe me, Jordan, because we have been given this opportunity, this mandate, by the people. And if we do not fix our elections at this time, believe me, the Democrats will lie ahead and try to solidify it. You know, I have to respect the Democrats. They are very cruel. They always try to find a way to try to manipulate the election in their favor. I mean, look at Mark Elias now. He is going to court in the Pennsylvania Senate race. So we just have to be on top. So, whatever I can do at the congressional level, we’re going to focus on, as well as with President Trump’s leadership.
Conradson: It’s almost poetic that Kari Lake and you have a chance to go to Washington, DC, if Kari Lake can get through this close race. You know, he caught in the vote count. What are your thoughts on the two-week counting process, all the unclear questions about the election, such as the 218,000 illegal voters? And you know this strange number that came out showing at the beginning, Ruben Gallego has more votes than President Trump. I mean, what do you think about all this in the Kari Lake election?
Hamadeh: Jordan, in Arizona, is a complete mess, and I am disgusted by our Justices in the Arizona Supreme Court, all of whom are Republican-appointed, by the way. They are not taking our election case seriously. My case in 2022 that was just rejected literally, yesterday, talking about him, the county is illegally removing people from the voter rolls, people like veterans who have been there for decades, and all this because of a system failure that even the Secretary of State just admitted- The Democratic Secretary of State admitted a week before the election, and therefore 218,000 voters may not have proven their citizenship. But I want to tell you that this provisional ballot is even more than 2022 so this problem has not been solved. So, I’m concerned about the race situation here with Kari Lake because I think she’s going to be in a very similar position to where I was when I became Attorney General two years ago. It’s going to be so close, Jordan, just see the edge and come back. But having a period of two weeks is an open invitation for them to cheat their ballots. It does not give confidence to the people that you release a selective batch of 70,000 per day. It is unbelievable; I saw the Florida Secretary of State, you know, offering to help prepare for the Arizona election. We have become the laughing stock of the country, and it is time to take back control. You know, mail-in ballots, Jordan, I’m not a fan of, and I say that even if 85% of Arizona use it, it’s obviously not the safest, the safest to vote. And by the way, allow a month of voting, and we should try to return. This is what I told my colleagues in Congress. Many don’t know how to vote in other states, like in Arizona, where 85% of the vote will be cast before election day. Whether they tabulate or not is a different story. But we must strive to return to this simple concept, the first Tuesday of November, election day. I don’t think it’s a hard idea for everyone to go back and make sure it’s a voting holiday and you have to prove and show your voter ID in order to vote. It is the safest and most secure way. So, that’s what I’m going to do. But unfortunately, the role is a complete mess, and the fact is only highlighted when you have mail-in voting. I mean, we got reports, lots of reports, of people getting their ballots in their homes. I got them in the 2020 election when I was serving overseas, several letters on the ballot that were not my name. So, this is a complete mess, and this is exactly where Congress needs to find a way to make sure our elections are safe again.
