Sean “Diddy” Combs was hit with another bombshell lawsuit Friday by a woman who claims he raped her and impregnated her while she was unconscious in 2022.
The woman said she suffered a miscarriage and was traumatized by the shocking attack, which she alleges happened after Combs forced her to use Ketamine and other drugs that caused her to die.
The allegations are among those detailed in Friday’s lawsuit, filed in New York by Jane Doe and first reported by The Independent.
Diddy’s latest accuser said the relationship began after he met Combs “overseas” in 2020. Shortly after that, the woman claimed the musician began “habitually” sending a friend to her home to pick her up and flying her to meet Combs at his home in Los Angeles , New York, and Miami.

Combs, 54, allegedly used “coercive and harassing language to force her” to spend the night with him. The woman said she felt compelled to grant Combs’ request for visitation because he would send a friend to pressure her.
After she was with the disgraced musician, who is currently being held without bond on federal sex-trafficking charges, the woman said she would “refuse to be burned with unknown alcohol.” The woman also claimed that she would also be forced into Diddy’s bedroom with “other men and women,” which she disagreed with.
“On occasion, Jane Doe was forced to witness Defendant Combs slap and torture other women,” the lawsuit states. The suit added that the woman was “scared” of what “Combs would do if she didn’t say anything.”
The woman claimed that she woke up the morning after one of his visits to Diddy’s mansion in Miami to find out that he was physically injured. That includes purple bruises on his body and bite marks on his heels.
Everything You Need to Know About Diddy’s Kids as Brood Sticks by His Side
The alleged injuries occurred in 2022 — the same year the accuser claimed Combs got pregnant after forcing her to take Ketamine and other drugs that caused her to lose consciousness. Not long after that night, the woman said she was pregnant by Combs and told her.
The lawsuit alleges Combs did not want the woman to keep the baby and pushed for her to have an abortion through associates, who allegedly hounded the woman. The lawsuit says she miscarried shortly after.
Combs’ contact with the woman did not stop after she lost the baby, however, according to the lawsuit. The woman claims that Diddy continued to call her, text her, and monitor her location until July—presumably to make sure she kept quiet about her sexual abuse claims.
Friday’s charges add to a long list of lawsuits filed by Combs’ victims. Many of the claims follow the same pattern of abuse as the musician, starting with Combs using his celebrity to attract women before abusing them while they were high on alcohol or drugs.
Diddy ‘Does Enough’ in Hellish Jail, Lawyer Asserts
The series of lawsuits came after Combs’ ex-girlfriend Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura accused him in November 2023 of repeatedly raping and abusing her during their decade-long relationship.
The former couple settled less than 24 hours after Ventura’s lawsuit was filed, but the allegations prompted other women to come forward with their own allegations. This is also when the feds reportedly started looking into the father of seven’s private life.
From then on, things only went downhill for Diddy. His home was raided by the FBI in March and grisly details of alleged “freak offs” thrown at the mansion became public this month.
Combs was taken into custody by the FBI on September 16 and has maintained his innocence through lawyers, who have found creative-but not-accurate-ways to insist that the client is not guilty.
