Disgraced Diddy made a surprise announcement from behind bars on Tuesday – as he awaits trial on sex trafficking charges.
The musician, 54, who is accused of six more counts of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed Monday, kicked off his legal troubles as he marked the second birthday of his daughter Love, who he shares with ex Dana Tran, 30.
Sharing a photo with her daughter and toddler having a cake celebration, she wrote: ‘Happy Birthday to you! Happy Birthday to you!
‘Happy Birthday Baby Love! Happy Birthday to you!! Happy birthday @loveseancombs dad loves you.’
Diddy, real name Sean Love Combs, is currently awaiting trial at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center in New York City on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
Disgraced Diddy broke his social media silence from jail on Tuesday with a surprise post – while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges
Under the MDC’s visitation guidelines, Diddy is allowed one hour per week for approved social visits – but it’s unclear if he will see Love on her birthday.
It was alleged that the rapper would force and trick his victims into engaging in sexual performances that lasted for days, known as ‘freak offs’.
Diddy’s associates will be accused of drugging victims to keep them compliant and will make threats against anyone who refuses to participate, in a lawsuit similar to the lawsuit filed by Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie last year.
It was recently revealed that Combs had ‘been able to speak briefly to family members and children over the phone’ as per People.
Diddy’s phone call comes amid news his lawyers are not asking to be moved from the ‘Hell on Earth’ Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset, Brooklyn.
“He is very concerned about his children and their well-being,” the source said.
‘He has three young children, two of whom currently have no parents living with him in prison. Four of his seven children have no parents with him in prison.’
Another source said the Combs children were ‘in a state of crisis and shock’ after Diddy’s arrest.
‘It’s great to see the children in their country. This is his father. But to them, he’s not Diddy – he’s Dad. He was always a loving and devoted father.’
The musician, 54, who was accused of six other types of assaults in a lawsuit filed on Friday, was cleared of legal woes as it marked the second anniversary of his daughter Love, who he shares with Ex Dana Tran, 30.

She shared Christian, Jessie and D’Lila with the late model and actress Kim Porter, who died in 2018 at the age of 47.
Quincy was Porter’s son with partner Al B. Sure!, and Combs later adopted him.
She shares Justin with stylist Misa Hylton, and Opportunity with entrepreneur Sarah Chapman.
Another source told People that Diddy did not receive special accommodations at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.
‘He was treated like any other prisoner awaiting trial. Like all public figures in his position, he was placed on suicide watch upon entering the facility as a precaution.’
Diddy was arrested and charged last month with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution.
The indictment, which recounts allegations dating back to 2008, accuses him of abusing, threatening and coercing women for years ‘to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his actions.’
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
After his arrest, he was denied bail by a judge after using his and his mother’s Miami home – worth $50 million – as bail.
He later lost an appeal to overturn the decision and will remain in custody pending trial.
Combs has now been accused of molesting six other people – including the first alleged underage victim and a man who worked at Macy’s NYC flagship store.
Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed six new lawsuits on behalf of two men and four women on Friday, the latest in Comb’s criminal lifestyle since he was indicted last month on sex trafficking and federal racketeering charges.
The two male victims are part of 120 accusers who recently asserted that the hip-hop mogul assaulted them between 1995 and 2021.
In the suit, one of the men, who is 16 years old, claims that Combs molested him at the singer’s 1998 white wedding in the Hamptons. Combs has said it was done after the young man – who is a year below the New York age of consent – asked for advice on breaking into the music business.
Combs ordered the boy to drop his pants and continued to molest her, according to the suit. The star told the alleged victim that his behavior was a rite of passage for aspiring musicians and added: ‘Don’t you want to go into business?’
He said he obeyed out of fear.
Another victim, identified as John Doe, claimed he was ‘verbally assaulted’ by Combs in the stock room of a Macy’s Flagship store in May 2008.
Combs has now been accused of abusing six other people — including his first alleged victim and a man who worked at Macy’s flagship NYC store.
Diddy was pictured at a white party in 1998 in the Hamptons, where he allegedly molested a young boy who asked him for advice on breaking into the music business.
One of the accusers said she was sexually assaulted in a stock room at a Macy’s Flagship store in May 2008 during a fashion show.
All six lawsuits were filed in New York’s Southern District Court under the city’s Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, according to Rolling Stone.
John Doe claimed he worked at the Macy’s concessionaire of Ecko Clothing — a competitor to Combs’ Sean John’s clothing line — and was inside when Combs, and three of his bodyguards entered the area.
The man recalled being punched in the back of the neck and falling to the floor – and on his hands and knees – which is when the alleged assault began.
Combs quipped, ‘Suck d**k Ecko,’ as per the lawsuit.
He then continued the sexual act by inserting his penis into the victim’s mouth.
The suit alleges that Combs continued to ‘forcefully, and brutally, verbally rape the plaintiff.
After the attack ended, the victim stated that Combs and his entourage made threats against him. The comb remained on the retail floor giving Sean Jean merchandise ‘like it was nothing,’ the lawsuit says.
