14:51 PT — Diddy‘s lawyer is determined to see the rap mogul out from behind bars. We caught up with it Marc Agnifilo outside court in NYC Tuesday, where he vowed to “keep fighting” until Combs is a free man.
Even though Diddy was denied bail in court Tuesday, his attorney feels confident in entering a bail appeal … because it will be a different judge for the hearing.

13:28 PT — The judge just denied bail for Diddy, who will remain in custody.
Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, spoke outside court after Diddy was denied bail. Agnifilo says he will continue to fight to get Diddy out of jail.
judge Robyn F. Tarnofsky told the court … “I thank your family members for coming, but I cannot release them.” Diddy’s son Christians and Justin was inside the courtroom at that time.
12:47 PT — Diddy’s lawyer takes on the narrative that the rap mogul isn’t a brute and a bully … apparently showing there’s more to the story of the 2016 hotel hallway incident involving Combs and his girlfriend, Cassie.
Diddy’s camp denied the “one victim” searched his phone and found he had more than one girlfriend … hit the rapper in the head with his cell phone and took his clothes – which explains why he was in the hallway in a towel in emerging footage back in May.
His lawyer claims Diddy and the unnamed victim, believed to be Cassie, were so in love … that the woman cheated “for years” with the trainer the A-lister provided for her. We’ve reached out to Cassie’s rep for comment.
Cassie is especially married to a physical trainer Alex is good in 2019. They share 2 children together.
Diddy’s lawyer claims his client is “not a perfect person” … even though they were in a “toxic relationship,” but claims they were together.
However, earlier in court, it was suggested that Diddy write a large check to his ex for 10 years … it is not clear who received the payment and why.
12:20 PT — Prosecutors are making a case to deny Diddy bail … and say they’re worried he’ll intimidate witnesses and hinder the case if he’s released on bail.
What’s more, the feds say witnesses they interviewed have publicly expressed fear … and prosecutors say Diddy called his ex-artist Kalenna Harper 54 times the day before he made a statement about the new lawsuit he was named.
Prosecutors also said Diddy obtained the money and means to become a flight risk…
The Feds say a pink powder that tested positive for Ecstasy was found in Diddy’s hotel room … along with other drugs.
Diddy simply pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.
The embattled mogul made his first appearance in federal court Tuesday afternoon in Lower Manhattan … where he entered a not guilty plea, as expected. The more pressing issue for Diddy is whether the judge will release him on bail.
Diddy offered to fork over a staggering $50 million as a bond. He won’t pay the money in cash — instead, he’s offering his $48 million Miami mansion and his mother’s house as collateral … territory.
The court hearing is ongoing and the judge has not decided on bail.
If convicted, Diddy faces a minimum sentence of 15 years, and the statutory maximum of life in prison. So, the stakes are incredibly high for him.
Prosecutors believe Diddy is a flight risk here and they don’t want him released.
