The House Judiciary Committee released information on Tuesday alleging that a CIA contractor colluded with the Biden campaign in 2020 to destroy Hunter Biden’s laptop.
In October 2020, just a few days before the presidential election, 51 former intelligence officials came forward and published a nonsensical letter stating that the contents of Hunter’s ‘laptop from hell’ had “all the classic marks of a Russian information operation.”
This is a lie. They all knew it was a lie. The fake news media ran with the story. And the fake news was even used during the debate to refute President Trump.
On Tuesday, the House Judiciary Committee released the details, as previously reported by Cristina Laila.
â—Ź High-ranking CIA officials, up to and including then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, were made aware of Hunter Biden’s statement before it was approved and published. Because several former senior intelligence officials signed off on the statement, the PCRB sent a draft of the statement to CIA Chief Operating Officer (COO) Andrew Makridis, who said he then informed Director Haspel or Deputy Director Vaughn Frederick Bishop that the statement would be acted upon. published soon. CIA senior leadership had the opportunity at that time to slow down the CIA’s process of reviewing the publication’s submissions and ensure that these extraordinary statements had been properly tested.
â—Ź Some of the signatories to the statement, including Michael Morell, were under active contract with the CIA at the time of publication of Hunter Biden’s statement. During the Committee’s investigation, the signatories claimed they had no access to classified information while asserting that the allegations contained in Hunter Biden’s laptop had “all the hallmarks” of Russian disinformation.
However, at the time of the statement’s publication, at least two signatories — Morell and former CIA Inspector General David Buckley — were on the CIA’s payroll as contractors. Due to operational concerns, the CIA declined to declassify the entire world of signatories with active contracts. In addition, some of the signatories to Hunter Biden’s statement also had special “Green Card” access to the CIA at the time of the statement’s publication, allowing them access to secure CIA facilities.
â—Ź After the publication of Hunter Biden’s statement, CIA employees internally expressed concern about the political content of the statement, admitting that it did not “help the Agency in the long run.” At least one employee found it “(i) interesting to see if it was submitted and approved” when discussing the media talking points that the co author of the statement, former Senior Intelligence Service Officer Marc Polymeropoulos, submitted related to the statement.
Discussing what Polymeropoulos said, another CIA official said, “It appears (Polymeropoulos) was actively involved in the pro-Biden campaign and may have disclosed classified information during his efforts.” The CIA’s internal review board, known as the Prepublication Classification Review Board (PCRB), determined that Polymeropoulos’ talking points contained classified information that should be deleted before publication.
“The new information included in this report, based on new testimony and declassified documents, shows the potential dangers of a politicized intelligence community. In the waning days before the 2020 presidential election, 51 intelligence community officials rushed to draft and launch a statement using official title, may convey access to special information not available to other Americans. The statement was drafted after conversations with senior Biden campaign officials and was clearly designed to undermine the politically damaging allegations on the CIA payroll while contractors and others have special access to CIA facilities. Even Michael Morell—before the Committee learned of the contract with the CIA—admitted, “It is inappropriate for a current staff officer or contractor to participate in the political process,” House Judiciary Committee said.

The laptop was real, and EVERY SINGLE INTEL ‘EXPERT’ who signed the letter knew it was real!
There are 60 dishonest intel officials​​​​(9 who refused to post their names publicly) who lied to the American public about Hunter Biden’s laptop being a Russian disinformation operation.
These 60 should be out, subpoenaed, and jailed for pushing political lies to swing the presidential election.
And the FBI and CIA must be held accountable for their dangerous and lawless actions.
