Chinese and Russian navies recently conducted their fourth joint naval patrol in the Western and North Pacific Oceans, China’s state-run CCTV reported on Sunday.
The patrol was part of an annual arrangement between the two and did not target third parties, CCTV said, adding that the move had nothing to do with the current international and regional situation.
