Vice President Kamala Harris gave a speech in which she said that we cannot rely on Trump to keep America safe, pointing out that President Joe Biden strengthened NATO, while former president Donald Trump embraced Putin and made America weaker.
“Knowing when Trump bows to dictators, he makes America weak and disqualifying,” the Vice President said while at James B. Dudley High School in Greensboro, North Carolina, Thursday.

Harris notes a fact that the legacy media doesn’t cover, which is that we can’t rely on Trump to keep us safe:
We just know, we can’t rely on Donald Trump to help America and keep America safe, not your home and not on the world stage, and yes, I’m talking about national security as well.
The Vice President nominated President Joe Biden, pointing to the democratic global support for NATO:
This week, our President, Joe Biden hosted more than 30 global leaders in Washington, DC for the NATO Summit.
Today, NATO is the largest military alliance in the world, and thanks to our President, Joe Biden, thanks to Joe Biden, if there is one person who deserves credit in the world for strengthening NATO, making it stronger, making it more united and more effective, that is Joe Biden. It’s Joe Biden.
While it might be easy to dismiss this as the VP’s partner spoke, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said Biden was in “excellent shape” and Ukraine’s Foreign Minister said it was clear from Biden’s speech two days ago that the US is in the driving seat when it comes to security and will continue to lead the world. French President Macron said when asked by reporters about his impression of the US President, “I don’t understand your question about President Biden. He is my partner. He is the President of the United States and we are happy to have him as President of the United States.
Jake Sullivan said (per foreign policy reporter Laura Rozen), “What I heard when they were around the table yesterday, in the North Atlantic Council session only with NATO allies, was a drumbeat of praise for the United States, but also. for President Biden personally, for what that he did to strengthen NATO, especially as president, but also throughout his career. The leader really made a point to strengthen his gratitude.â€
Harris asserted that because of Biden, we are standing up to dictator Putin and keeping America safe, while the accused criminal Donald Trump has embraced Putin.
Joe Biden, has become more effective and together with our allies around the world, we stand up to dictator Putin all to ensure America is strong and America is safe.
On the other hand, watching Donald Trump has embraced Putin, watching something that didn’t just happen today. This is happening because Trump is threatening to leave NATO and encouraging Putin to attack our allies.
Harris called Trump’s views and weaknesses before Putin “disqualifying”:
He even said, I will quote him now and forgive the use of words, but he said: Russia can do ‘whatever the hell they want.’
And he wants to be President of the United States.
And know when Trump bows down to dictators, he makes America weak, and that disqualifies anyone who wants to be Commander in Chief of the United States.
That’s disqualifying.
Vice President Donald Trump said in February of this year that he would encourage Russia to do “whatever it wants.”
During the President’s meeting with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, he announced a new $225 million aid package, which includes Patriot missile systems, ammunition for the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System, Stinger anti-aircraft missiles, ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rockets. System, etc. to help Ukraine fight Russia’s ongoing war of aggression and expansionism.
Kamala Harris has taken on doubters and wafflers in this speech, and has highlighted the clear and obvious threat Donald Trump poses to our national security.
