America First Legal on Monday published the third part of the “Deep State Diaries” which exposes the intelligence agency Biden’s weapons.
New documents obtained by America First Legal show Biden’s DHS intel group used the Jan. 6 and Mar-a-Lago raids to justify surveillance of political dissent:
Today, following the victory in disbanding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) “Homeland Intelligence Expert Group,” America First Legal (AFL) released the third tranche of the group’s internal meeting records, obtained exclusively from the court. This is the third installment of the #DeepStateDiaries, a multi-part series of releases including newly obtained documents.
Today’s installment shows how Biden’s administration allies on the Brennan-Clapper committee are discussing using January 6 and the attacks made at Mar-a-Lago to justify more political targeting and surveillance.
January 6 is a catalyst for developing surveillance:
One member of the group noted that “before January 6” (that is, under the Trump administration), analysts thought that it was “not appropriate to collect” intelligence in America. However, after January 6, they noticed that there was a change in the method of collection and reporting.
The documents show that under the Biden Administration, the federal government used January 6 to justify efforts to develop intelligence on what it considers “DVE” or “Domestic Violent Extremists.” As the second installment of #DeepStateDiaries points out, DVE is a collective term for people who are “religious,” “in the military,” or support President Trump.
The Brennan-Clapper-led group discussed a “site-based collection that we hope to see indicators of,” which suggests that the federal government is seeking to monitor sites it deems a “domestic extremism threat.”

“Apparently, one group member asked, “When you see a speech online, how do you know it’s serious? Politics? Hyperbole?” The historical approach of the Biden Administration, as evidenced by the document and the sentence of the Department of Justice Douglass Mackey to 7 months in prison for posting memes before the 2016 election, is that online speech should be considered “serious” only when it comes from conservatives. ,” the AFL reported.
