A mother-of-five who died after having a non-surgical Brazilian Butt Lift procedure left rave reviews for the beautician nicknamed ‘Lip King’, who has since been jailed for her death.
Alice Webb, 33, died just hours after undergoing the procedure – which is believed to have involved the injection of a chemical filler – allegedly carried out by Jordan Parke.
She has traveled from her home in Wotton-under-Edge to a clinic in Gloucester, called The Studio 23 which is run by beauticians Jemma Pawlyszyn and Parke.
Later that evening, Alice was rushed to Gloucestershire Royal Hospital but died on Tuesday morning.
But the mother-of-five has finally left a glowing review for TV star and fanatic Kim Kardashian just three months before her death.

TV star Jordan James Parke has been arrested and later released amid an investigation into the death of Alice Webb after he allegedly carried out the procedure.
Ms Webb wrote: ‘So happy with Lip King! Good results, many treatments are done. Very experienced and friendly – wouldn’t go anywhere else.’ MailOnline has seen the post on Facebook.
It is the first time someone has died in the UK from the procedure and it comes after campaign group Save Face called for tighter controls on the cosmetics market warning that ‘people can die’
BBL treatment is designed to make the buttocks bigger, more rounded or lifted and sees fat or dermal fillers injected into the buttocks to change their size or shape.
While non-surgical BBL is not illegal in the UK, last year Wolverhampton City Council banned companies from carrying out the procedure after identifying risks associated with the process, including blood clots, sepsis, and the potential death of body tissue.
Mr Parke, who describes himself on social media as ‘The Plastic Surgery Advocate’ is not a qualified surgeon.
Fanatic Kim Kardashian previously appeared on the US reality TV series Botched in 2015.
However, he refused to return to the show in 2019 because the doctors told him that a fourth nose job required taking a piece of ribs to widen the nostrils.
This is because the glamorous beautician has been spotted leaving her home following the death of her mother of five.
Parke was spotted leaving his West Midlands home in Dudley yesterday after being arrested and later released during an investigation into Ms Webb’s death.
MailOnline asked Mr Parke to comment on the death of his 33-year-old mother yesterday, who said: ‘I can’t speak to anyone. I was arrested but I have been released.’
Parke, who has done great work on the face, now has a private Instagram profile but is also linked to another page called The Lip King Aesthetics.
They also work in Manchester, Bristol and the West Midlands. Alice is understood to have had the procedure in Gloucester, which is just a few miles from her home in Wotton-under-Edge.

Parke has spent more than £130,000 on cosmetic surgery and has appeared on TV to discuss her obsession on This Morning and Channel 4’s Bodyshockers.
She has had at least four nose jobs and 50 other procedures and once said: ‘Plastic surgery is like sex. You can’t have it once. You have to have it over and over again.’
Alice is an advanced aesthetic practitioner at Crystal Clear in Wotton-under-Edge, a market town in Gloucestershire.
A GoFundMe page has been set up by her friend Abigail Irwin amid the tragedy.
She said: “I hope to raise funds to support Dane, his partner Alice and their five beautiful children at this very difficult time.
‘Alice died on Friday evening after having BBL treatment.’
‘Alice joined the beauty & Aesthetics industry two years ago and she’s already smashing it, doing amazing.
“She cares about her clients, she always checks to make sure they are okay, Alice is a beautiful person inside and out and I feel so blessed to have gotten to know her and to have spent time with her in our salon.
‘Alice will ask for advice all the time and ask to check if there is anything else she can do to improve her skills, but she’s just natural and doesn’t need my help but always wants to be the best at her job and she has.
‘Alice has died at the young age of 33. Alice is beautiful inside and out with the biggest heart, family is the world she leaves behind her partner Dane & 5 beautiful children.
‘Delsie, 15, Preete, 13, Gracie, 12, Nylie, 10, Clarie, 7, as you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for them, so if we can all contribute or share to take some of the financial stress it will be really appreciated by the family.

On Wednesday evening, Alice’s partner, Dane Knight, asked people not to speculate about the circumstances surrounding her death and to remember her five daughters, who are ‘very vulnerable’ at this time.
In an emotional post on Facebook, she wrote: ‘Want to say thank you to all my family and friends for being here in my time of need, including all the messages sent to my children and me.
‘There have been some lovely messages sent by some of your children which have brought smiles to the corners of children’s mouths.
‘I think this is very important because I will not accept speculations from adults that children do not know and unnecessary questions for 5 girls, so be very careful about what you say and to whom! My children are so vulnerable!’
Gloucestershire Police have confirmed they have made an arrest and are investigating the death.
