But while season one focused on the seemingly “normal” life of a former big star living in the suburbs, season 2 of Valley will see a return to the dramatic form set by the show’s ancestors, Vanderpump Rules.

‘The Valley’ Season 2 Cast: Who’s Back?
Season 2 of Valley promises to be as electrifying as season 1, with a line-up of returning cast members that can actually surprise some people, given the new news.
All the OG couples will be back in action: Danny and Mia, Jason and Janet, and even Jesse and Michelle, who split last season and are now navigating the difficulties of co-parenting.
Then there’s Kristin Doute and her boyfriend Luke Broderick. No doubt the show will explore her heartbreaking pregnancy loss and fill viewers in on how serious this relationship is taking.
There are also fan reports that VPR guest stars Scheana Shay and Lala Kent are set to return, as they appear to be filming with Bravo cameras while their work is usually on hiatus.
Then there’s Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright. Oh yeah, they’re all coming back for season 2 Valleybut be prepared for some serious drama. You’ve seen them together…

Brittany and Jax’s Divorce: A Shocking or Expected Twist?
In a dramatic turn of events — or, you know, maybe not, given their track record — Brittany and Jax, the show’s most talked about characters, announced their divorce in August.
They were paired in the middle of shooting season 2 when the news broke in the media.
However, when the official announcement did not come until the end of the summer, the divorce was filed by Brittany in January. That means all while these two have been filming, they’ve been navigating this split.
And isn’t reality TV what it’s all about!
The split followed 5 tumultuous years of marriage, to say the least, and Jax’s time in Rehab.
There is no doubt that the couple revealed raw and personal details about their deteriorating marriage which will be the main focus of season 2. Although, if we are being completely honest, isn’t it the focus of season 1 as well?
Season 1 Finale Recap: What Happened?
In season 1 final of Valleytension sored between Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, before it seemed like the couple had made peace.
“This is an incredible moment for me. I think we beat the odds when it comes to opening a bar with a partner or a significant other. I think this is the only thing that keeps Brittany and I together,” said Jax in the confessional. “Right now, the future looks bright.”
At the end of the episode, post-production footage confirms the breakup. wow.
But surprisingly, theirs isn’t the only relationship to crash and burn on the reality show.
By the end, it’s clear that Jesse and Michelle are not on good terms.
“I’ll be honest I’ve lost a lot of those feelings for you,” Michelle said at one point to Jesse’s face. In the same post-production wrap, viewers learned that Michelle told Jesse that her wedding was three days after filming ended. Jesse tells the camera that he “feels blind and blind.”
But in her confessional, Michelle insisted, “There’s no question that I made the right choice.”
Season 2 will most likely not only focus on the divorce between Jax and Brittany, but how Jesse and Michelle will navigate co-parenting their daughter, Isabella.
When Will Season 2 Air?
As for when fans can expect to dive back into the world Valleythe exact premiere date has not been confirmed. However, since it’s already in production, an early 2025 release date wouldn’t be crazy.
