This comment will be short and simple.
Winning the presidential election is about addition, not subtraction. President Trump needs to build a winning coalition, so this election is “too big to finish.” He has a MAGA. Now they need another voter number record.
Yesterday I recommended some creative ideas to add millions of new voters to the Trump Coalition…
President Trump has “no tax on tips” and my idea is “no Social Security tax on seniors.” Both ideas give Trump a huge following with 10+ million service employees and 60+ million seniors. I recommend making them RETROACTIVE- so that tax savings, or refunds get into the hands of taxpayers (who are pressed and strapped for cash because of Biden-Kamala Harris inflation) as soon as possible.
Then I suggested a new idea – perhaps my favorite: “No tax on OT (Overtime).” It benefits more than 130 million American workers. Bonus is the idea of ​​putting America back to work again. It supercharges the economy, productivity and prosperity.
I also suggested to President Trump the idea of ​​a “Military Veterans tax credit” that would reward all 16 million US military vets with an annual tax credit of $2,000 as a thank you for serving their country. This will look exactly like the current child tax credit given to parents.
Now I will add one more group to the Trump Coalition- college students and young adults still paying off student loan debt.
This group consists of 43.2 million Americans. The Biden-Kamala Harris administration continues to try to bribe this large group of voters by erasing student loan debt with the stroke of a pen. How ridiculous, reckless and dangerous.
And legal courts continue to block this crazy idea.
How insulting and offensive to all those who have paid off student loans. How insulting and offensive to all those who never went to college- to ask them to pay the debt of those who are willing to make that choice, and willing to sign a student loan contract. How to insult and attack Americans who have signed contracts and paid honorably. What’s next – the government wipes out credit card debt? Mortgage debt? Car loan?
So, how can President Trump compete for the vote of adults without using thieves and bribes? I have a solution!
President Trump should announce when he returns to the White House that the government will give out FREE student loans.
This is a fair way to encourage Americans to learn, while at the same time giving them a great deal, and reducing the burden of repayment. There is no such thing as a “free ride.” There is no breach of contract. Every student who takes out a student loan must pay it back – no excuses.
But he only has to repay the principal, not the interest. This does not cost the government, or the taxpayer a cent. After the principal was paid back, all was well. Students will love it. Taxpayers will be happy. Everyone wins and no one loses. And that’s great – it will encourage every young American to take advantage and learn. We all win.
And of course, President Trump won!
Like the tax cut plan above, it should also be RETROACTIVE. This is a government loan. The government can do whatever it wants. No more student loan debt will be written off. But all outstanding loans will be converted to principal only – with all interest removed from the contract. Again, if the principal is paid back, the government is done. There is no loss to the government, or the taxpayer. And there is no such thing as a “free ride.”
And my idea is that all of these loans to more than 42+ million Americans will be repaid in full, and on time.
This is the best part of all…
Trump’s winning coalition now includes 10+ million service employees…60+ million seniors…130+ million workers…16+ million military vets…and 42+ million young adults with student loan debt. Let’s see Kamala beat the winning hand!
