Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs facing the eleventh lawsuit in the last nine months. Like a few others, a woman’s name Thalia Graves sued the producer who was jailed for a violent sexual assault that allegedly took place in 2001.

According to Rolling Stone, Graves alleged that Sean Combs and his former bodyguard were drugged, bound, and raped at the producer’s recording studio, “Daddy’s House,” in New York City. In addition, Thalia’s lawsuit alleges that she later learned that Combs was allegedly filming and selling the assault as pornography.

The filing, which was reviewed by Rolling Stone, reported that Thalia and Diddy met in 1999. Her ex-boyfriend, allegedly a former executive at Combs’ Bad Boy label, introduced her. He didn’t say who the executive was but said they attended an event at Diddy’s house together. Graves also claimed he often visited his girlfriend at Daddy’s House studio.
However, in 2001, Combs allegedly asked Thalia Graves to meet to “discuss her boyfriend’s performance issues.” He came to his house with his former bodyguard, Joseph Shermandriving an SUV. During the ride, Thalia said she received a glass of wine from Diddy that left her feeling “light, dizzy, and physically weak.” Thalia claimed that she couldn’t walk when she got to the studio and she passed out in her office. The lawsuit alleges that “Comb caused drugs to be put into” Thalia’s drink.
When she regained consciousness, Thalia said she was naked, tied up, and had her hands tied behind her back with something plastic. Graves said the former bodyguard slammed his head into the pool table when he tried to scream, and shortly after, Diddy allegedly entered the nude room.
“(Diddy) then bent (Graves) over a table, caused her legs to dangle above the floor, held her tightly, and penetrated her anally without her consent … drugged and bound,” the suit reported.
Combs allegedly also slammed Graves’ head into the pool table as he tried to escape. She reportedly lost consciousness again, and when she woke up, Joseph Sherman allegedly repeatedly slapped her and forced her to perform oral sex on him. According to a report by Rolling Stone, Thalia Graves woke up in a chair naked and alone and called the family’s driver.
“The driver drove her to the hospital and tried to convince her to report the rape and get a rape kit, but she could not leave the car, shaking and crying hysterically and afraid of what Combs would do to her and the family if she reported her, ” said the lawsuit.
After confessing to her boyfriend, Graves said she didn’t encourage him to report the assault to save his career. The lawsuit further alleges that Combs and Sherman have threatened her over the years to keep her quiet.
After Cassie filed a sexual assault, abuse, and human trafficking lawsuit against Sean in November 2023, Graves said her ex-boyfriend contacted her. He allegedly revealed that Combs and Sherman had a pattern of assaulting women and selling the tapes as pornography.

Graves filed his 11th lawsuit against Diddy on Tuesday (September 24). Hours after. filed, Thalia held a press conference with her lawyer, Gloria Allred. She spoke about her ongoing struggles since the attack, including suffering from PTSD, depression, and anxiety. The time marks a week since a judge ordered him to be held in pre-trial detention. Prosecutors have charged her with sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. The 14-page indictment paints a picture of the alleged victim “torture, threaten, and coerce women and others around them to fulfill their sexual desires, protect their reputations, and hide their actions.”
Ten of Diddy’s other lawsuits have been made public, and he completed Cassie’s 35-page filing in 24 hours for an undisclosed amount. Dainty Kane Richard Fajar the latest to accuse the mogul of sexual abuse.
