As of Tuesday, September 3, 2024, the combined company will become CURRENC Group Inc. (CURRENC), and its common stock will trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC under the ticker symbol CURR.
Ronnie Ka Wah Hui, Seamless’s Chief Executive Officer, Alexander King Ong Kong, Seamless’s founder and Executive Chairman of the Board, and Hagay Ravid, Seamless’s Chief Financial Officer, will continue to lead CURRENC in their respective positions.
