“Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star Mary Cosby is getting real about her fallout with best friend Meredith Marks.
“I feel like I’ve been on a slippery slope since I got together with Angie (Katsanevas),” Cosby, 52, told Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” on Tuesday at the SLC Scoop Van Leeuwen launch in New York City. ice cream flavor.
“Meredith is the type of person who likes to be in alliance with other people,” the Bravolebrity said. “And if you make friends with people you don’t like, they’ll avoid you. And that’s what happens.”
Marks, 52, and Katsanevas, 51, have repeatedly clashed on “RHOSLC” since the latter joined the hit reality show in Season 3 in 2022 as a “friend” of the cast before moving into a full-time role last year in Season 4.
While Katsanevas and Cosby didn’t get along before, they struck up an unexpected friendship before the cameras started rolling for Season 5.
Cosby believes that this development is to blame for the demise of his relationship with Marks. However, jewelry designers have expressed confusion about the situation and suggested that the priest was turned on accidentally, perhaps using him for air or to catch snowflakes.

“You used me for three years. Well, I got the memo,” Marks said in the Season 5 trailer, possibly hinting that she’s the “RHOSLC” woman who kept in touch with Cosby during the Season 3 hiatus.
Viewers can expect to see the ladies’ relationship begin to crumble in Wednesday’s episode during the “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”-themed get-together hosted by Cosby. In a similar appearance, Marks was apparently kicked out of the show.
Cosby told Marks, “You’re so petty, snarky.”
Marks – who was dressed as Audrey Hepburn in the scene – snapped, telling Cosby to “leave” her alone.
The religious leader then yelled at Marks to “get out of (his) house,” which Meredith Marks Caviar founder obliged.
In the mid-season trailer, Marks seems to accuse the co-stars of secretly recording him during a trip to Mexico. Cosby, for his part, found the claim absurd.
“Nobody’s recording Meredith. I’m just saying, nobody’s recording Meredith. Like, what for?” he told us at the Van Leeuwen event, also attended by Katsanevas and “RHOSLC” newbie Bronwyn Newport.
“Who should do that? We’re already on the show.”
If someone took audio from Marks’ room, Cosby quipped that listeners wouldn’t hear much.

“(They will hear him) probably drinking wine. And some crying,” he said. “Wine and tears and wine and tears and wine and … just being a victim.”
When he’s not holding “Virtual Reali-Tea” in the latest “Salt Lake City” drama, Cosby is happy to give SLC Scoop scoops – a mixture of lavender and salted caramel inspired by the unscripted series – to fans, press and VIPs with the help of Katsanevas and Newport, 39.
“It’s been the best, even though I’m not the best scooper. But it’s a lot of fun,” he said with a laugh. “And what does it feel like? Convenient!”
“The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” airs Wednesdays at 9 pm ET on Bravo with new episodes streaming the following day on Peacock.
