The British Labor Party sent approx. 100 volunteers to swing the country to canvass for the Harris Campaign, potentially as illegal foreign campaign contributions. The Trump campaign has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission. Elon Musk has also complained about potential election interference by the Labor censorship NGO “Center Against Digital Hate.” Another European leftist party may have illegally contributed to the Harris Campaign, The Gateway Pundit can reveal.
Britain’s ruling Labor Party is in the tank for the Democrats in the US election campaign:
Labor is sending the Prime Minister’s Chief of Staff Kier Starmer, Morgan McSweeney, Communications Director Matthew Doyle, and Strategy Adviser Deborah Mattinson as campaign advisers in the US.
McSweeney is credited with introducing Harris slogans like “Turn the Page,” which also became Labor’s 2023 slogan.
According to a now-deleted LinkedIn post by Labor Party CEO Sofia Patel, about 100 Labor Party staff members were sent to the battleground swing states of North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Patel wrote he had “10 spots available” for North Carolina that he contested and “we’ll get your house sorted.”
Foreign campaign contributions, including donations and in-kind services, are prohibited in US presidential campaigns.
Now, the Trump campaign has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC) about “blatant campaign interference.”
On October 21, Gary M. Lawkowski of the Dhillon Law Group wrote to Lisa J. Stevenson, Acting General Counsel at the Federal Election Commission, to point out that:
Foreign nationals are prohibited “directly or indirectly” from making “contributions or donations of money or other things of value, or giving express or implied promises to make contributions or contributions, in connection with Federal, State, or local elections.” or independent expenditures for support US candidates.
U.S. candidates may not “solicit, receive, or receive donations or donations.”
The term “foreign national” includes individuals who are not citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States and “alien political parties.”
While the Commission has previously determined that the volunteer exemption allows foreign nationals to volunteer in US elections, they may not be compensated, foreign nationals may not spend, and may not direct or control US campaign activities.
Lawkowski concludes that:
Those looking for foreign interference in our elections need look no further than Ms. Patel. The interference is clearly occurring.
post Ms. Patel and the press reporting on the relationship between the Harris campaign and the Labor Party made a reasonable conclusion that the Labor Party had made, and the Harris campaign had received, illegal foreign national contributions.
To protect our democracy from illegitimate foreign influence, the Federal Election Commission should open an MUR (Matter Under Review) … and immediately investigate this matter.
“This is illegal”, Elon Musk posted on X.
Twitter Files journalist Matt Taibbi also said that the Labor-aligned UK censorship NGO “Centre Against Digital Hate” (CCDH) top priority for the election years is “Killing Musk’s Twitter.”
“This means war,” wrote Musk, who announced plans to sue CCDH.
CCDH was founded by Keir Starmer’s chief of staff, Morgan McSweeney, and has close ties to the Harris campaign, according to Taibbi. This political influence also calls into question CCDH’s tax-exempt status, Taibbi wrote.
Foreign election meddling is not limited to the UK The Gateway Pundit can also reveal.
According to a report by Germany’s “Zeit”, ruling Social Democrat Chancellor Olaf Scholz also sent SPD campaign aides to the US for the Harris campaign, which was financed with German tax money.
SPD federal deputy Serpil Midyatli reportedly went to the state of Georgia in late October with other Socialist politicians to “accompany” the Harris campaign.
The obvious goal, as Midyatli says, is to “support Kamala Harris in her campaign.” The trip to Atlanta from October 20 to 25 was funded and organized by the SPD party foundation Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation, according to “Zeit.”
The Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation receives a whopping 198 million euros from German taxpayers’ funds in 2022.
We wrote to the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation and the German Social Democrats to find out how many “volunteers” were sent to help the Harris campaign, who took this decision, who coordinated the Harris campaign and how much money was spent.
We have not received an answer.
