Following the closing of the Transaction, the board of the combined company will now consist of five directors: Sharon Castelino, MBA, LLM, ICD.D (Lead Director), Gary Prihar, CPA, CA, Harry Parmar, Manny Dhaliwal, and Elizabeth Stephenson.
