A ‘manly pep talk’ from Boris Johnson will make anyone leave Britain
I have not always felt great sympathy for Prince Harry. A dramatic departure from home; an interview with Oprah; and the commercialization of royal status. Everything has made it harder to feel for someone who has gone through some terrible times, and marriage has put him at odds with his family in a way that is genuinely saddening.
However, the news that Harry was forced to put up with “bullshit” from Boris Johnson at the height of the crisis that eventually forced him out of the UK has removed any sense of conflict. I now stand with the Duke of Sussex, no question.
Unusually, revelations of this meeting came not from the chatty prince, but from the former prime minister – the latter hoping his memoirs might be close to Harry’s. spare in terms of sales figures.
