VANCOUVER, British Columbia, September 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Euro Manganese Inc. (TSX-V and ASX: EMN; OTCQB: EUMNF; Frankfurt: E06) (in “Company“or”EMN“) is pleased to announce that it will appoint Ms. Ludivine Wouters as a non-executive Director on the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company.
Mrs. Wouters is based in France and has experience in European policy on mining and minerals, including critical raw materials, which will be beneficial to the Company as it moves forward with the development of the Chvaletice Manganese Project (“Project“) in the Czech Republic.

Ludivine currently manages Latitude Five partners where he oversees the Mining and Minerals practice. As a strategy, governance, and policy advisor with expertise in transaction management, regulatory affairs, government relations and permitting, he assists natural resource companies and investors. He also works on technical assistance programs for States, focusing on mining and mineral policy, governance, and taxation, and assists donor agencies, policy makers and other stakeholders in the definition and implementation of critical minerals and responsible sourcing priorities.
Ludivine has experience in political risk insurance and significant legal experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets with leading international companies in Paris, and he has also worked in an emerging market investment bank in London. Ludivine holds a Master’s degree in Business Law with Honors from the Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and a JD in Law with Honors from the Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I) and is called to the Bar in Paris. In 2013, she was nominated by her peers as one of the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining. Ludivine is currently a Visiting Fellow with the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).

Appointment Ms. Wouters will not take effect until they obtain a director identification number (“DIN”) from the Australian Business Registry Service. The time to issue a DIN is expected to be no more than 30 days.

The Company also announced that Mr. Gregory Martyr has resigned from the Board of Directors, effective September 25, 2024, due to personal commitments.
