Donald Trump brought the house down when he showed up at the highly-anticipated University of Alabama vs. University of Georgia college football game on Saturday, despite major security measures.
The former president drew applause from Southeastern Conference (SEC) fans – usually a more conservative group – as he arrived earlier in the glass luxury box that appeared to be ‘bulletproof’.

Then the fans transition into ‘USA, USA, USA’ chants as the former president poses for pictures and shakes hands.
The arena was a cauldron of football and MAGA spirit when Trump performed at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, which has a capacity north of 100,000 fans.
Waving and wearing his signature blue suit with red tie combo – red is the strategic color represented in the uniforms of both teams – the former president then ran through the fenced-in walkway to the ballistic glass box.
Trump was invited to the game by Alabama businessman Ric Mayers and was joined in the suite by Alabama senators Katie Britt and Tommy Tuberville, ALGOP chairman John Wahl and Mayers’ friends and family.
The Secret Service set up a sidewalk just for Trump to enter and exit as he was overwhelmed by onlookers and cheering fans.

Some speculated online that the glass was possibly bulletproof because of the recent assassination attempt on Trump’s life.

Tuberville is famous for coaching football in Alabama for Auburn University, where he set a school record by beating the University of Alabama six times in a row.
Republicans sit with a view down through the field goal uprights and the box has no outside seating section.
And the outpouring of support from the audience for the former president is in line with recent polls.
Earlier this week, DailyMail.com announced in a new poll that Trump had opened up a 10-point lead over Vice President Kamala Harris.

It gives the former president a 55.2 percent chance of victory. Harris at 44.6 percent, with a very small chance of a tie.
It still shows Harris with the best chance to claim victory in the popular vote (giving him 50.8 percent support now and 65 percent chance of finishing with the other votes in November).
Harris, meanwhile, has a plan to foil Trump’s fun at the game on Saturday.
Harris campaign officials planned a small plane flyover that would take place over the stadium with a banner that read: ‘Trump’s Punting on 2nd Debate.’
Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., was also in attendance
The action is not the only way to oust the former president.
Harris’ campaign also aired a national TV ad during the game on ESPN.
Harris walked Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz was at the college football game on Saturday.
He attended the University of Michigan vs. University of Minnesota game.
